    Front of personalized letter

    If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would. They behaved so slimy. I received a personalized letter (see attached) stating that I would receive over $29000 if I traded in my RDX. The letter had details specific to me and my car. They can do this easily because I bought the vehicle there and have had most of my servicing done there. When I came in on the specified day I was told right off the bat that it probably would be far less since it really meant "IF my car was the highest model and the highest trim level" then I might receive that amount. I argued that because the letter states "Just For You. With this invitation, you will receive an Acura Loyalty Offer which will save you up to $1,000* on the select new Acura of your choice, An Above Market Trade Allowance For Your 2019 Acura RDX $29,815" The problem I have with this is that it very specifically says "your 2019 Acura RDX". Which means they know EXACTLY what car I have. And NO WHERE in the fine print does it say anything about the trade in amount being different because of trim level or model. I understand the mileage and condition of the vehicle would be considered. However, I have a real problem with the way they drew me in only to say - Well, we don't really mean what it says. I THINK THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH. And I have reported it to BBB and the FTC.

    Terrible experience **outright swindlers** We discovered the exact car we wanted at Grieco Acura in Seekonk Massachusetts.  Sales person, Roy Birchfield wrote up the sales slip for nearly $800.00 over their advertised price. When I showed him the website with Greico's price he presented a new price, this time 400.00 over Greico's advertised price.  When I questioned this, Roy stated that the cleaning and detailing of the car came from his pocket and so he passed it on to me. Annoyed at his blatant dishonesty, finally got the car- Roy laughed, it was a joke to him.   Within 48 hours the car had a mechanical issue and wouldn't accelerate.  We returned to the dealership. 2 days of calling them, they finally called me and stated that the car needed a cadillic converter. This issue was fixed and charged me " deductible " of 200 dollars.  Approximately 10 days later, the car began dripping (not leaking, DRIPPING) both engine oil and coolant. We took it to our mechanic who found numerous issues such as an exhaust leak, a problem with the rack pinion, a blown out rear shock and a failing CVT transmission. At the dealership manager Randy, greeted us politely and contritely, directed us to the service department and offered a rental car. Service Dept Matt did not try to hide the fact that he was put off by our return with our as-is newly purchased used car, one that failed Rhode Island state inspection. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing from Greico, the sales person Roy called and said we cannot sell you this car, we are going to take it back and credit the purchase price, taxes and fees toward the purchase of a different car on thier Seekonk, MA lot. Greico did provide close to 4 weeks with a rental car.  Roy refused my request to talk to a manager, refused my request for a refund, therefore, I threatened legal action. Roy then mocked me, and in a whiny todler-ish voice he said,  " I want, I want, I want".  I told Roy that Greico has been holding my 8,500.00 hostage for weeks", I want my money back.On the day Roy called to inform me that my check was ready to be picked up, my thank you was interrupted by Roy hanging up the phone. They then sold the car at the auction.

When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General.

    Stay away from service department they will not know how to fix you vehicle i brought a use truck…read morefrom them it went in to get some repairs done they just throw the parts cannon at and when they do repairs they don't do them right it went in for ac repair there was ac oil all over the place engine cover was not back on right and the right front clunk that was looked at is still there after replacing a strut mind you they didn't replaced the other side and they did sway bar end links and the clunk was still there I was told well its the radiator support and they don't cover it. So you have to deal with it. In closing don't go there for service
