On Friday 2/17 I dropped my 2018 F150 off for maitenance, which was covered by my warrenty. Everything was so easy - drop off, pick up, everything. Upon pickup, my boyfriend and I spotted a 2023 F150 available and were hopeful for more info. Of course, we inquired and were able to come back the next day to test drive the vehicle and talk numbers. We ended up leaving with the '23 F150 and are so incredibly happy with the service & help of Tasca Ford in Seekonk. Dan was a super salesman, and Tony was great as well. I'd give 0 stars if I could. The salesperson, Robson, did a good job. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. We chose a car. When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General. read more

Stay away from service department they will not know how to fix you vehicle i brought a use truck from them it went in to get some repairs done they just throw the parts cannon at and when they do repairs they don't do them right it went in for ac repair there was ac oil all over the place engine cover was not back on right and the right front clunk that was looked at is still there after replacing a strut mind you they didn't replaced the other side and they did sway bar end links and the clunk was still there I was told well its the radiator support and they don't cover it. So you have to deal with it. In closing don't go there for service read more

Our salesperson was friendly and great to work with, BUT on our way home with the car, the tire light went on and we brought it to Firestone. They said they couldn't believe the car passed inspection because of the tires. We made an appointment with Honda and on the way there, my 16-year-old son got a flat tire and had to be towed. Our local Honda dealership discovered that the tires all had dry rot and we replaced all of them. So far, the sales manager and general manager are not willing to help us and said they would buy back the car, which now has four new tires. Do not buy a car from them!!!! read more

We spent the summer looking for a reliable used car for my son and visited Tasca Mazda a few times to test drive and check out some of the used SUV's they had on their website. We worked with the same sales person each time, who was very helpful with answering our questions and making the vehicles available to us when we came down. When we finally decided on a vehicle, a low mileage 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we put a deposit down and came back the next day to complete the paperwork. The whole purchase process took about 90 minutes and we were able to drive off the lot with temporary tags on the vehicle while they filed the new registration paperwork for us. Our sales person made sure that the vehicle had visited the company shop for an oil change, tire rotation, tune up, and inspection before we purchased the vehicle and he had it gassed up and detailed that morning too. The whole process was straightforward and easy. We probably could have found a cheaper vehicle from a corner lot or private sale, but we wanted to make sure we purchased the used vehicle from a reputable and well established dealer for peace of mind. read more

The Sales Department did a good job and it went very smoothly with Nick C.. The New Building and Service Department is another story. I received a notice from my car insurance company that the air bags on my new 2025 Mazda CX-30 with 2,700 miles on it may not deploy in an accident. I received No notice from Tasca or Mazda Corporation about this potentially deadly issue. I took time out of work to come in for the software update. Tasca sent me a repair video of some random car with New York plates and no video for my car repair!? Tasca printed the wrong VIN number on my repair receipt so I had to double check that with the Service Advisor because it was a recall and I wanted to be sure it was recorded correctly! Tasca could not even give me a free car wash for the inconvenience of bringing my car in on my day off for a dangerous recall! First impressions matter and mine was awful for Tasca Mazda Service!! read more

Our Tasca Mazda experience started out positive but unfortunately did not end that way. We traveled 1 1/2 hours to purchase a car because they had the car we wanted on their lot. We worked with Anthony Sanchez on the purchase and everything "seemed" seamless. We purchased on a Saturday and planned to pick it up 7 days later on the following Saturday, giving the dealership a week to get the car ready. The Saturday we were to pick up the car, we were about 40 minutes into our drive for our 11am appointment, when we received a phone call stating the car had not been Mazda certified yet by the dealer. So, the car was with the service department and wouldn't be ready until later in the afternoon. This was very inconvenient as we did not want to sit around for hours waiting for car with a 1 1/2-hour ride home.... Again, that car sat on the lot for a week so why wasn't this already completed. Knowing we were turning around to head home, they offered to drive the car up the next day (Sunday), so we accepted. The car was delivered with non- functioning Navigation that we discovered the next day when trying to use it. The SD card did not function properly but they refused to replace it, so much for Tasca standing by their product. The car was also delivered with only 1 key because they couldn't find the other one. Again, the car sat on the lot for a week, why was this no addressed accordingly. We refused to drive back down to sit and wait 2 hours for a key to be done later in the week, so second key was shipped to us so we could bring it to our local Mazda to have the key paired to the car, another inconvenience to us. The first key that was sent malfunctioned after sitting at the dealer for 2 hours. We then had to wait another 3 weeks for Tasca to send us a second key. You think that they would have just bought a key from the local dealership to get this done but they refused. Then come to find out they did not provide us with the car's original Valet Key so they could not cut that key for us. All this back and forth that should have been taken care of before delivery. I will never buy a car from this dealership again; their service department is poorly managed and their sales manager clearly doesn't know how to get things done in a timely manner. I have warned friends and family of this to stay away from Tasca . First they don't stand by their product and second they don't deliver a complete product. For a month we were back and forth with them. Buy your next Mazda from someone else. read more

elderly parents went in for an oil change on a 3-year old Mazda SUV....they were told they needed all new front and rear brakes...this thing has 1/2 the mileage it should because they are elderly. We'll never know if they "needed' brakes...but I know several things for a fact: There was NO RUSH on rotors. The brake light was NOT ON. So you draw your own conclusions. After dealing with numerous dealerships while looking for a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition, my conversation with Sean Bernier at Tasca Mazda made me end my search. Right from the start of the process, Sean was transparent about the 36-month lease costs. Since we are still dealing with a pandemic, I wanted to do all the "negotiation" via phone and email. Every time I contacted Sean, he was responsive and worked with me to get me an unbelievable deal. When hiccups arose, Sean provided solutions. When I wanted to get the vehicle purchase price lower, Sean passed me to his manager Kevin who got me to where I wanted to be. The kicker was when I was in the finance department signing the paperwork - it was Sean's older brother who walked me thru everything. That is so cool! In short, I drove 45 mins to lease a car. I could have gone to any number of local dealerships, but the way Sean and his team operate is at another level. Plus, Sean is a great person with solid character which matters to me. This review covers only my car shopping experience. I have not tried the service here, so can't review that! My husband came for the first visit, but the salesman gets that the car is for me and talks directly to me. One star for that. No hard sell, just questions and answers and sit in the car, we turn down the test drive, get his card & go. One start for that. I return myself two weeks later, ready to talk about buying. Same salesman, doesn't remember me. At all. Zero more stars. I name the model and trim I want, and my max price. Can't meet that, but we can sell you a different trim for close to your price. Never says what the car I want would cost btw, just here's what we will give you. We negotiate for the car without all of my desired options. They won't come down $250 so I walk away. Next weekend, I'm at Mazda Gallery in Norwood - about 40 minutes drive so it's not my preferred dealer. Get a price on the same car I discussed with Tasca and called Tasca to see if they would meet the price - as an afterthought mentioned that my quoted price included the Mazda-offered 0% financing. Six phone calls later, Tasca agrees to "not only meet, but beat the quote" by $100 - without 0% financing. Which means total cost is $2000-$4000 more than at Mazda Gallery. How is that meeting the price? Hmm, no honesty in communicating that you can't/won't match the price; no sale! I ended up buying the higher level trim I wanted, at $2000 more than the quote I was originally negotiating over (and 0%, baby!). Sorry Tasca, I did end up satisfied - but not by you. read more

Came into get a new key cut for my car. The lot is currently under construction and there are no signs to instruct you where to go. Drove around to the Mazda side looking for someone to direct me. Got sent to a trailer they have set up as the service area. The waiting room was filthy, filled with trash and smelled awful. When I got my car back it smelled like oil and corn chips. read more

Just moved to Riverside and both my Mazdas needed a service. Tasca happened to be basically around the corner so, awesome. On my first visit, I guess their computers weren't working up to par so, they couldn't find me in their system. I made an appt and usually this would turn me away from a business. But, first, technology never works when you want it to. Plus, Leo handled everything smoothly. My car was being worked on within 20 minutes. Took about 2 hours, which to me, is an average time for full service. Big bonus, there is a Dunkin Donuts across the street. Take a stroll, grab a coffee and chillax while they finish up. After such a nice experience, I brought my other Mazda in for service as well. This time I interacted with Leo and Charlie. They're so nice and attentive. Once again, car in and out within 2 hours. Charlie also took the time to fix my key-fob (dead battery) for no charge. Good service, everyone is friendly, thorough and professional. I highly recommend. read more

Go someplace else. I leased my CX-5 at another dealership and thought I would use Tasca for service. When scheduling my first service visit, I let them know that there was a thread coming out of the driver's seat. I figured it would be taken care of during the visit. That's where the adventure begins. They had the car all day (never called when done) so I just picked up the car the next day as my wife had a couple of days off. When I picked it up they told me that they had to order a new seat cushion and it would be in in 2-3 days and would take about 90 minutes to swap out. I never heard back. I stopped in again about 6 weeks later. No update. I stopped in several more times and finally got a call that it would be in shortly. I dropped my vehicle off this morning at 8:15 and figured it would be done by 10 or 11 at the latest. My bad. The service manager assured me it would be done by lunchtime. Noon passes without a call. I call and am told he is working on it and will call right back. I decide to go to the dealership. It's now 12:20 and I am told it will be another 30-45 minutes. I guess the normal Tasca Mazda service customer expects service to be an all day event. Sorry, but I have higher expectations than that. I have learned my lesson. Unfortunately I have 28 months left on my lease and don't have a convenient dealership that cares about the customer. I bought my car 3 weeks ago. Literally the day after I got it, the check engine light came on. Okay. I go to the service center and let them know. One of the guys behind the counter proceeds to quiz me on whether I actually know what the check engine light looks like because "sometimes when it's cold, the tire pressure light comes on." Nope. It's the check engine light. So they check it out and they tell me they'll order the required parts, get me a loaner, etc etc. It took them a while to get the parts, but they kept me informed, serviced my vehicle, and everything went as conveniently as could be expected. So why am I giving them two stars? Because today, only a week or so later, the check engine light came back on. Obviously, I'm a little annoyed by this. I've had this car 3 weeks and it's already going to need to go back a second time for service. But what really bothers me is this: I called Tasca, and the woman who answered transferred me to service. The phone rang and rang and then I got disconnected. I called back, and when she answered, she knew it was me again and her tone seemed annoyed now. After a brief hold, she comes back on and all she says is "Yeah, service is closed, they left at 4." So I wait a second to see if she's going to divulge any more information (you know, like when can I call back?) -- she doesn't, so I'm forced to ask her "So what do I do now?" And she rudely responds, "Uhh, call back Monday morning? They're closed tomorrow too." Wow. Thanks. So on top of a new car needing to be serviced twice in the 3 weeks since I bought it, I now have to deal with unsympathetic and unhelpful phone operators. Nice. read more

I took the company 2007 Ford Expedition here for service last November for a check engine light/evap leak. It was diagnosed as the vehicle needed a new canister and gas cap at a cost of around $1000. 6 months later the same problem re-emerged and I was told I didn't have the gas cap on right so they gave me back the vehicle, the problem came up a 3rd time and I was told the same thing. What really bothered me about the responses I was getting from the beginning on the gas cap not being on right was I have owned several Ford vehicles and they all have the same gas cap. I have not encountered this problem on any of the other vehicles so I was confident I was putting the cap on right but regardless I accepted the response. Today for the 4th time I brought the vehicle in for the same problem and they changed their tune. First I was told the code indicated a problem with the canister or gas cap, today I was told it was a problem with the gas tank. I was going to be billed $200 just to look at it plus any additional costs that may occur. I then said abit of money was spent on this problem just less than a year ago and I got a run around. The service rep said it could be a variety of things. I then decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. In addition everytime I called to report the problem I was told I would have to wait around a week to make an appointment for the vehicle to be seen. I really feel like I was given a big run around on this and billed top dollar without anything being fixed. read more

I went there several weeks ago with my son to have them take a look and my 2014 Mazda C-5 and the guy had the nerve to tell me that their Mazda mechanics didn't work on weekends and I would have to come back in a weekday before 4:00 PM, now I don't know about anyone else but I am at work during the week! Really? Really? Customer service at this place sucks! We were waiting there at least 10-15 minutes before someone even asked "what can I help you with"? Dropped my Mazda 3 for a recall service the night before my scheduled appointment (I felt like I putting the service woman out). I was told they would call me. I didn't hear from them. Late afternoon the following day I tried calling them. It took 10 attempts to reach the service department via the switchboard operator. When I finally spoke to someone in service, I inquired about my car. I was told that they weren't able to get it in the shop that day. Tasca's tag line is "You will be satisfied ". I can honestly say over the 3 years that I have owned this car and had it serviced there, it is not a promise that they have kept. Whenever I have had my car serviced there, I always came away with the feeling that the service department was trying to pressure me to purchase additives that I didn't want. My car was bought and has been serviced by them since I got it at 1 year old. I can't complain about the service. I most recently asked them to turn on my DRL's and they did it at no charge. I am not sure if they didn't charge me because its more or less safety related, but I didn't question it. Other than that, no complaints.. one time they lost a lug nut, but on the other hand I had a VW once where it drained oil all the way home... so no complaints overall... My wish of wishes would be that they washed and dried the car once service was done. read more

The salesman was helpful if a little slow, but I understand they're going through renovations and I came in without an appointment. Fair enough. However, when it came time to talk numbers, I got a "sweetheart" from him (I'm 32 and married) and then was told I should come back with "my boyfriend or fiance to talk things through". I wear a wedding ring but made no mention of needing my significant other's presence or advice to purchase a car. I have two graduate degrees and a good job. While I value my husband's opinion when it comes to cars, I'm capable of making decisions without my "boyfriend". For a moment, I felt like I was at the Cadillac dealership in Mad Men with Don Draper...except I was in Cranston looking at an underwhelming Ford Fusion 2015 and a couple of middle aged men with too much cologne. Came here to check out the hatchback Focus after test driving the sedan version at Metro. Very nice people, I dealt with a young man named Vinny who I'd recommend to anyone as he was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. What people may not know is that this dealership does not pay it's salesman on a commission basis but rather and base salary plus bonuses based on customer satisfaction surveys. This leads to very relaxed, no pressure environment. I ended up being misquoted for this car by Metro so when it came down to brass tax I felt I had to reassess my shopping. The finance manager at Tasca was the one who realized where Metro made a mistake and invited me to go back to Metro for a correct quote and they would still beat it. For the amount of money I was now going to have to spend on this car, I ended up going with a much better car for a little bit more money. However I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're shopping for a Ford product. read more
