We had a very wonderful stay at one of their beautiful beach homes this past spring break. Everything was clean with the usual dull kitchen knives and only a few non working appliances. Here's the problem. I get an email a day later after checkout with a picture of a broken bathroom mirror stating her maintenance person found it. She said not to worry because I purchased damage insurance and she just needs a brief statement of what happened. I was absolutely floored as we are the most careful and responsible vacation home renters in the world. I mean I got different friends banking on my family and friends to stay at their own rentals all over the world to help pay for their rental mortgages. If something broke, we would have let them know right away, offered to pay for it and with a gift of sharp kitchen knives as a sorry. This is 2026 and these iPhones now have the greatest quality and I right away went to my "exit" video and photos. I always do an exit video at any stay for proof of locked doors and windows as well as quality of rental upon exit so everything is date stamped. The mirror wasn't broken on my video and the kicker was that there was a hand towel rack with a hand towel hanging on the wrong side of the mirror on their picture compared to mine with no hand towel. There was basically no evidence of a relocated hand towel rack either. Please be very weary and always take lots of "Exit" pictures and videos if you must stay at any of this insurance fraud creating company's homes.

Missing basic kitchen utensils like a can opener. Used the pull out couch and there were a lot of food crumbs in the couch cushions. The check in process was unexpected and not clearly disclosed in the air b and b information. It was a bit of inconvenience to have to go pick up and drop off keys. I was called same day to collect a pet fee. I was under the impression it was all included in the numerous 500+ fees. I was never instructed to contact someone to pay ahead. When I got to the property a gate code was needed which was never provided, so I had to call to get. There's two different instructions for check out on in a book and one on the wall. Each had something different. When I arrived to the office there were three females at desk all on the phone and all held up a finger to me to wait a moment. I did, as I heard them banter about a broken garage door. Once that was over I was told I needed to fill out paperwork before getting keys. Overall it was a good stay but I don't know if I'd stay in a home hosted by this service.

They had it set up and hooked up before our arrival, it made it so much easier being stress-free. We stayed at the RV resort across the road from the ravine waterpark, which had so many activities close by. I loved how they had all the extra kitchen supplies and even toilet paper and paper towels which I forgot to bring from home. The trailer was nice and clean, and a fantastic price for three days to rent! They even put out four chairs for us to enjoy. It was great having more time to have fun and relax, instead of setting up and taking down the trailer. We hope to use them again soon!

Everything that was posted on their web site accurate. The delivery of the trailer was on time and the set up was good. They provide a small table, two chairs, pots pans, and with the pandemic going on the trailer was extremely clean. They also provided sanitizing wipes and cleaning materials. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a trailer. We rented the smaller trailer for a family of five and we all slept very comfortable. Excellent property management company assistance The house I…read morerented was in a very convenient location in the town of Cambria and centered between Morro Bay and Ragged Point allowing for tons of beautiful area to explore. Due to a circumstance beyond the property managements (Scenic Coast Property Management) control I needed to be relocated. Valerie was in touch with me immediately and not only gave me four different homes to choose from, but she actually took the time to speak to me about each individual house and made sure I picked the right one for rest of my vacation needs. The house they moved me into was an upgrade as well and I was not charged extra for it. It's nice to know that I can depend on someone like Valerie and SCPM to be there if needed. I will definitely be using their services whenever I visit the central coast.

We were connected with John Donaldson due to his vast experience and understanding around rentals in the Paso Robles area. We worked with him for close to 9 months until he found us the perfect place. He was not pushy by trying to get us to look at places we knew we did not want. When I had questions, he was always available. When something looked like a possibility, but he knew the area was not a match for whatever reason, he would let us know. When a listing came through we were interested in, we reached out and within hours we were face-timing at the property. If we were not interested, he understood why and would move on to the next one. When we did find a place, he strategized with us on the offer and was really in our court making sure our interests were his main goal. He scheduled contractors and inspectors for us and made sure they were there to work for us to make sure we understood all risks of the property. The closing went very well and he has a lot of connections in the area, which was very helpful for someone out of state. I cannot recommend anyone more highly, that understands the Central Coast Real Estate market better, and will work harder for you than John Donaldson!
