Very unprofessional office staff. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance but never received the required forms. The appointment was rescheduled, and despite being told the forms would be sent ahead of time, they were only sent on the day of the appointment while I was at work. When I called the office, my call was answered and immediately disconnected. Due to poor communication, the appointment was rescheduled again. Fired me as a patient, over 4 years, after a failed suicide attempt and hospitalization. Had my first outpatient appt with her to update and resume regular care-gave me Prozac and a week later a "fired" form letter. She doesn't want to mess with serious patients. It's money for drugs. The high school kids in the area pass her name around because she gives them whatever they want; adderal, Xanax, Ambien, etc. Don't make the mistake of taking your child to her unless you're okay with a drug addict. This was the worse experience I've ever had. They didn't get any of my paperwork that I sent the night before. While I was waiting I got a notice for the virtual office visit. I was in the lobby. Spent and hour in a chair that smelled and was broken down. The Dr. Tod me about her lack of sleep and coffee consumption. After spending and hour explaining how Congress was now regulating Ambien. I don't believe in Congress regulating anything. I don't need a lecture from a psychiatrist. After all that and a plan for my meds was made I got a call from her nurse the next day. She had decided she would not send any medications for me at all. Wonder if she got more sleep and just changes her mind. Stay as far away as possible. -5 star read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Believe the one star reviews. RUN!!!! I had an "interview," with the office manager Zia today. I am glad I read the reviews and listened to my gut. He wanted to work me right away, no paperwork for onboarding, just straight to work. I thought I was only interviewing... I wasn't prepared. No lunch packed, no water brought for myself. You get my drift. No tour of place or introduction to staff. Nothing. Didn't explain expectations, pay, schedule, benefits. When I would try to ask, he would talk around my question and never give me a concrete answer. I felt confused and not assured at all by the whole process. I felt like he didn't care for what I had to say. He also said because I didn't have experience that they would only pay me $12 an hour even though I have 3 years of office practices listed on my resume. The pay is "competitive," ranging from $12 to $19. I asked for $16 because that is what I was being paid at my last position. He said if I worked, trained and he liked me he would pay more. Super sketchy to be told to start working same day. Didn't lay out how long I would be, "working," that day. When I asked the staff in the front office if they liked working their. It was obvious by body language they did not want to answer me. They became quiet and meek. Please save yourself the trouble and dont work there or be a patient. HORRIBLE!!!!!!! She has her pen in hand on top of the prescription pad when you walk in. She takes kick backs from drug companies. Her staff is always over worked and stressed to the max because she makes 3-4 appointments all for the same time and more often than not runs VERY behind. I haven't been to Dr Haque's office in over 2 years. Her office billed my insurance for over $300. I did not call, have an appointment, or request an appointment. This would be insurance fraud. Ive called my insurance company and will be calling the office Monday. This is ridiculous. Also, when I did use Dr. Haque, she was very short with me. Incompetent staff, rude doctor. Seema Haque is a pill pusher. She writes your prescription as she pretends to listen to your symptoms. She can actually talk and write at the same time. 5 minute visits for each patient. Plan to wait at least an hour and a half past your appointment with a room so full there are sometimes not enough chairs to accommodate. If you have to cancel an appointment, plan to pay for it, no matter why you had to cancel. She seems to be all about the money. Her staff is rude, and don't even try for a call back or a fax to the pharmacy. Please look further for a psychiatrist. This one will add to your mental health problems. read more

This dr is not good. I went to her maybe 4 times and she tried to put me on one med and I felt like I was gaining weight on it, so I mentioned what has worked for me before, she than made a comment that "I like to be in control of my meds". After this last appointment she knew I was on edge cause I was nervous about my appointment. She than said "I should get a second opinion, cause she's tried to help me." No, she didn't try to help me. She put me on ONE medication that didn't work for me. That was her trying to help me. She's a psychiatrist, she should be there to help people, not turn them away when ONE medication doesn't work. She also dropped me as a patient. I am very disappointed as this doctor has become purely for-profit. I have been her patient since 2011 and recently, there has been a shortage on my medication. I have to call pharmacies to make sure they have my meds in stock, then call Dr. Haque's office to call it in. Obviously, drug stores are first-come-first-serve and they dont hold meds, and sometimes they run out by the time doctor's office get my message on their answering machine, talk to the doc, get the prescription, and call it in. Recently, they started charging a $25 for THEM taking too long and missing my pharmacy. I tried to explain to them that they had it in stock when I called AND it was sold out by the time they called. HOW COULD ANYONE CONTROL THAT?? They dont care, they just want the money. So if they take their sweet time again, I will have to pay another $25... this is wrong... find a doctor with values. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Haque on and off since 2010 or longer. She has helped me with depression and anxiety as well as my sobriety. I feel that she genuinely cares about my mental and physical well being. Her offices are busy and there is often a full waiting room, but I feel that she is worth the wait. read more

I've been going to Dr Haque for roughly 6-7 years & she has always been great at listening and making prescription suggestions based on how I've felt & what she hears me telling her. This morning at 9:30am one of her front desk staff called me to check me in & take my payment before my actual video call with the Dr. I don't have insurance for financial reasons so I've always paid $125/ mo + $150ish for my prescriptions. This morning the lady on the phone told me that my amount owed was $210, because I missed my last appointment. She didn't bother to ask why I missed it. IF she had she would have known I missed it because I am having financial issues. So bad that the State of TX has a freeze on my bank accounts for back taxes. If you know how taxes work, when you don't pay, they keep hitting you with penalties until eventually they take everything you own & lock you in in jail to pay off the rest with time. It seems Dr Haque has the same policy. When I told the lady this morning I couldn't afford $210 she asked me what I could afford. I said $150, thinking this would be fair being my normal rate is $125. The lady said NO, that is not enough. I'd have to at least pay $160 because that's the new rate for my video chat & then more on top of that to get as close to $210 as possible. I told her I can't afford more so I need to cancel. She then told me that I will owe even more for my next visit on top of the $210 which we've already established I cannot afford. So now being without much needed medications for over 30 days I am left to self medicate the same way I did 7 years ago, & piss away my 4 years of sobriety. It's not about helping those of us with mental illness, it's all about the money. So the next time you see a mass shooting on the news, ask yourself. What was going on in their life? What or who pushed them to the point of losing it. Whoever is calling patients in her Arlington office have no business working anywhere near people or patients with mental illnesses. She's the reason so many go without help & is the reason I will never trust a so called healthcare person again. read more

It took a lot out of me to find the strength to reach out and not just end it all .!!! The insurance and new patient information went smooth however the dr haqie her self . I had my mother there for support and when dr saw my mother she immediately said sorry can't help you . Staff is very rude. I tis a turn and burn officer with very little attention to detail. If you make an appointment expect to sit for at least 30 min -45 min to be seen even though you have an appointment. If you ask why, she will cancel services on you as if it's acceptable to kick you to the curb and it's ok to provide terrible customer service. We had the displeasure of dealing with her due to my Daughter and please Find a different Doctor, she has terrible customer service and could care less about you. The first couple visits were great, she seemed to legitimately care. I am a self pay, and I told her that I needed an affordable medicine, and she put me on Vyvanse to help with my ADHD. 50mg prescriptions to that are over $200 at the pharmacy. Not to mention the $110 copay EVERY TIME I want a refill, which she had told me I would only have to come and see her once a quarter. (Not once a month) Not to mention their office staff is completely and utterly incompetent to return repeat phone calls trying to get a refill. Don't go here unless you just have money to burn and throw out the window, or if you don't mind going somewhere to be treated for a medical condition by a staff and Doctor who only care about making money, and not about their patients. UNPROFESSIONAL, MISREPSENTATION ON TREATMENT & CARE AREAS, AND BORERLINE ILEGAL PRACTICES... I am a retired educator of 30 years. I hope the readers of this detailed review will do anything it takes to find a different mental health care provider. I have recently relocated to Texas. Seema Hague demonstrated by far, extremely unprofessional ethics, bordering on insurance fraud and medical malpractice health care - (I am researching the law and board regulations to determine the legality of her actions regarding my visit last week.) I too was given a new patient appointment only two hours from the time I called the Mansfield office. Upon arriving, the receptionist waited several minutes to slide the window open recognizing I was standing there. She presented an attitude that she was going to finish several things before she opened the window. I was given the standard new patient paperwork to complete in a waiting area with no less than 10 people crowded in a space with less chairs to sit down. I noticed five others working on new patient paperwork at that time. Several times I witnessed the receptionist hand completed documents to patients past another patient standing infront of them (in addition to discussing them.) I was at the window on one occasion that I heard private information that I should not have heard. Many patients who came into the office during the 2 1/2 hours I waited to see this Doctor were given a clipboard for first time patients. My appointment was scheduled for 3:45 pm. The waiting area was the most uncleanly of any medical place I have ever been. No restroom, no attention to those with physical handicap needs and certainly not a place to sit unless offered by someone else to take their seat. I have very good insurance and she was listed as a provider taking new patients. Coming from another state has made finding a Psychiatrist challenging and anxiety intensive. I was prepared with documentation from my Doctors and medication printouts for the past year. I have seen only one Psychiatrist for the past 10 years. Understanding that Texas has very different regulations than my home state, I knew she would only be able to manage two medications. I watched numerous people walk in and out of her office frequently (very short visits.) Finally I was called to her office (a huge, bright room with large windows and a comfortable desk for her, (far unlike the tiny waiting area.) She had no interest in knowing me, but rather only what medications I wanted. She stated she did not want to raise any red flags. I tried to describe my situation and I must have appeared very anxious. Justifiably, due to several life changing experiences in the past 4 months. In addition, the difficulty I was having finding a professional to oversee my mental health needs (very basic and not uncommon conditions.) She rushed through the short time I was in her office. She took my documentation and prescription list and said in a condescending tone, "are you always like this?" I was taken back by her question. In tears, I said, "if you had lost both parents in a few months time, had an injury that resulted in major surgery out of state, lost a relationship two weeks ago, and your living situation was still up in the air, you would be a bit anxious as well." She had no comment except to say she wanted me to get a TWO YEAR printout of my medications, and stood up handing me a form to have a drug screen completed. I was used to the 6 month drug screen but it being handled in my previous Psychiatric office. I stood up and was now close enough for her to hand me the form for Labcorp. When I asked where it was located, she said "look it up on Google." I thought she appeared exhausted but when I was close enough to her, I honestly believed I could smell alcohol on her breath. Within two days, I got the 2 year list she required and completed the drug screen. I personally took all the info to her Mansfield office with my Labcorp receipt. I followed her guidelines. That same evening at 5:34 pm I received a phone call from her office staff. NOT A NURSE! I was told Dr. Haque was not going to treat me. I asked why, and asked for Dr Haque to call me regarding why. She has not called me nor have I received any communication. She accepted me as a new patient, billing my insurance as such (typically higher for a first time visit.) I will follow through with the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Insurance Board and in writing to Dr. Haque. I personally see this as stressful experience, but for the best. I have had to see many medical professionals here and every experience (except with this Doctor) had been outstanding. Seema Haque's has misrepresented her descriptions of care to insurance companies. She must be reviewed by the proper agencies for her practices. We plan to file complaints against Dr. Haque with both our insurance company and the medical board. She sent a letter terminating our 15 year old daughter as a patient, but it was sent to the wrong address and we never received it. Not knowing about the termination, we scheduled an appointment with her office and we were never informed that our daughter was no longer a patient. When we arrived for the appointment, we were kept in the waiting room for 90 minutes before finally being told about the termination. Even when the receptionist was informed that our daughter would run out of medication soon, the doctor refused to see her for a final appointment and initially refused to give us a copy of the termination letter. We hope to save other families from suffering the same fate. This is clearly a case of malpractice and we look forward to holding Dr. Haque accountable for her actions. read more

During quarantine during COVID19 my husband had a phone appointment and when he answered, after very brief small talk, she said, "so, are you still depressed?" It was a 5 min phone call. She continues to just up medicine with little to no conversation. read more

When it was my turn I told her of the long wait and she told me that I should find another doctor. I regret not taking her advice from the beginning. My visit with her would never exceed 5 minutes which gave the impression of a pill mill. Her office does not believe in a fax machine so when CVS needed to reach her they contacted me. With an appointment, I usually wait 45 minutes, up to an hour and a half to see Dr Haque in her Arlington office. I make sure to include the extra wait time in my schedule for when I see her. She is extremely over-booked. There will be several people waiting when I arrive, and several more arriving after I leave, and all of them are just for her. You could probably get in on time if you were the first or second client, but I don't have any experience to confirm that. I usually don't need to talk for very long, since my condition is controlled, but on the occasion that I do need to talk more or something needs to be adjusted, she always gives enough time and never makes me feel like I am being rushed. Her staff varies on competency. When my insurance changed in January 2014, I was not contacted when the old insurance "bounced." They never asked if I had new insurance, and I had been paying the *cash* cost for most of a year until I hit my deductible and wondered why I was being charged at all. I had to contact my insurance myself to be reimbursed. Still haven't gotten money back from the insurance after a couple months. read more

Called for an appointment for my daughter, scheduled her for 2 pm on a Thursday at the Randol Mill office. We live in NW Fort Worth so it is a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic. We arrive 2 weeks after scheduling about 20 min early, if there is paperwork to be done. There are 8 people waiting and the lady in front of me is told it will be about a 45 min wait. She leaves to go to the gym because they will call her when it is almost time for her appt. I step up to window only to be told that my child has to be 12 to be seen, she is 11, a fact that I told the person who made the appointment 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT recommend this dr! read more

My issue is with the staff, more than the doctor, per se. My first appointment was virtual and at noon. I finally was seen at 6pm. In six months, I have yet to see the doctor at my appointment time. It's always 45 minutes to hours later. My last appointment was changed from 30 days later, to a 2 week follow up, and I explained the day before the F/U appointment that I needed to reschedule because I couldn't afford the copay, since I'm on Medicare and get paid monthly. I was still called the day of the appointment to check in, and explained again that I didn't have the copay. I was rescheduled for today at 10:30 am. When I was called at 11 am to check in (30 minutes after my appointment time), I learned I was charged $50 for a no show fee, from the last appointment. When I explained that I canceled the day prior so there wasn't a "no show", I was told I would be called back. It's now 9:44 pm, I never was called back, and will run out of medication in 4 days. I have no future appointment scheduled, so apparently I won't be getting any either. I'm on disability for mental illness and have to start all over on the hunt for a doctor to prescribe necessary medication. What a disappointment, considering I actually liked doctor Haque and felt she was knowledgeable with mood disorders. But I can't block off my entire day for a 5 minute virtual appointment, anymore. read more

I went to her for almost a year and the whole experience was awful. She doesn't actually seem to care and is just in it for the money. You would always wait almost an hour if not longer. She once said that there was nothing more she could do for me when the medicine she put me on was causing even more anxiety. I had to figure that out. There is always something that can be done. This woman and her staff are a hot mess! The only reason that I continue to go to her is (1.) I've found that it is surprisingly hard to get a Psychiatrist without a long wait time of sometimes up to 3 months. (2.) My anxiety and sleep issues are under control (as long as I continue my meds) so I just need someone to write my scrips. I'm not one of those needy patients. I know she doesn't give a damn about me nor do I give a damn about her. However, I am amazed at how she stubbornly and quite unapologetically refuses to sign forms that are being requested by the insurance company. I went almost 3 months without one of my meds because the insurance company merely wanted justification on why I still needed the meds and she flat out refused to provide it. My insurance provider said they had never seen anything like it! When I inquired about it on my next visit, she quite coldly explained that doing this, takes up a lot of her time and that I am welcome to find another Dr. if I choose. Dr. Hague might treat patients with emotional disorders; however, I think that something is truly wrong with HER on a mental/ emotional level. I believe that her incompetent staff is the main reason why she refuses many requests to sign forms and the wait times are so long. The ONLY reason I am giving her one star is that I have to. I recently got insurance through my school district. My son's previous doctor didn't take it. We hadn't seen him long since we moved here, so I was okay with trying to give a new doctor a try. I called the provider list my insurance sent to me and no doctors on it took children my son's age, or they were actually at hospitals. I called my insurance company and they gave me Dr Haque's name. I had already read her reviews, but thought we would give her a try. My son has doing great and pretty much just needs a doctor for medication management. OMG, I thought it was interesting that we were able to get an appointment right away. We got to his 4:00 appointment about 30 minutes early. The tiny waiting room was PACKED. People were standing and frustrated. I talked to many of them and it seemed most were new patients. My son didn't get to see the doctor until after 5:00. I had his medication records from the pharmacy. She said she would not give my son a prescription until she got his records. She seemed in a hurry and we didn't stay long. I filled out the release form and gave them the pharmacy information before we left her office. My son's former doctor's office is small and organized, with only the doctor and his wonderful receptionist working there. The receptionist and I kept in touch and she kept waiting for the records request from Dr. Haque's office. I called SEVERAL times each day asking Dr. Haque's staff to fax the request. There were many times that I would call the Mansfield number and would be told it was the Arlington office and I would call the Arlington number and be told it was Mansfield. Many times, her phone didn't seem to work. I even talked to someone who told me she didn't work in the office, she just took phone calls and was actually in ANOTHER STATE. Finally, I filled out form at the former doctor's office so that his awesome receptionist could just send my son's records to Dr. Haque's office. She offered to do that to help us out. After that and MULTIPLE calls to Dr. Haque's office, I was continually told they still did not have the records. Finally, I spoke to someone there who found the records in a stack of papers. She personally walked them to Dr. Haque. The prescription was called in after 7:00 p.m. last night. The process took NINE days of my time calling over and over. My son had just used the last of his medication. We will not go to her office again. My insurance company is currently searching for a new doctor for my son. read more

As far as my encounters with her go, she has always been respectful, polite, and considerate of my unique needs when I've talked to her. She is the first person that genuinely listened to my problems and took them seriously.
