Kristie was kind, professional, and polite throughout our interactions. However, my experience with the owner, Jeffrey S. Gallup, was very surprising and uncomfortable. He called to follow up on require document, and he spoke to me in a raised, aggressive tone, repeatedly emphasizing that they had asked for the document several times. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, (I had sent the wrong paper), but I was interrupted and not given the opportunity to speak. The conversation felt unnecessarily hostile, and I was given a strict deadline in a way that felt more confrontational than supportive.

I know, I was skeptical once like you. And even now as I write this, I know it will sound like one…read moreof those unbelievable reviews like "No one could help me until I found this place blah blah" but it's true, I'm telling ya! I injured my hip decades ago. No doctors could help me. I had chronic pain from it. 3 surgeries later, that I wouldn't have needed had Neuromuscular Balance Technique existed back then, I have been managing. Recently I asked my new primary care physician if there was anything I could do to help, and she suggested going here. Now, this place does a lot of different types of rehab, including your traditional chiropractic and acupuncture stuff. I was highly skeptical because no doctor had ever concretely helped me before, or even understood and listened to me. I went here and Doctor J listened to me and came up with a plan. We would do a couple visit per week and do this NBT / Neuromuscular Balance Technique. Insurance doesn't cover it, of course - healthcare in this country is terrible - but I decided to be open minded and I'm glad I was. After weeks of going here (actually soon after I started going) I felt MUCH BETTER. I had more motion, was looser, and Dr. J gave me a number of stretches and things to do at home to help break up that scar tissue and keep my strength and flexibility up. I gotta tell you, I've had this stupid chronic pain in my hip for DECADES. And I couldn't jog anymore or lift heavy things or it would ache for weeks. I have been doing pretty awesome ever since I went here - I JOG NOW! Haven't done that since the 90s and I used to love it! It's great! I can't recommend this place enough, especially Dr. J. He listens, he knows his stuff, yes it's expensive but for me it was absolutely worth it.
