After seeing a Groupon deal for LTF I treated my Husband to their 6 laps package which was $99 (Normally $249) And as he had wanted to drive a Lamborghini for decades was really excited. We expected to come to a track yet were actually greeted by some strange set up in a parking lot which was really weird and somewhat disappointing. The event is held one weekend each month and you need to book in advance, when you arrive on the day basically you just wait in line until it's your turn. There is a big turnout and my Husband got to drive about 40 minutes after his scheduled time. You're out with one of the instructed divers for the entire of the laps with the first one you're not allowed to go over a certain speed just to make sure you know what you're doing then they encourage you to ''open it up'' as much as you can throughout the laps, which is fun yet somewhat limited to do the size restrictions of the track itself which is marked out by cones. Despite the slight disappointment my Husband still had a great time, after weeks of working insane hours it was nice to see him come away with a smile and knowing that he finally got to something he had wanted to for so long. Purchased the weekday groupon for a Napa supercar adventure as a surprise for my boyfriend and was so pleased with our experience! Our starting location was changed to Sonoma instead of Napa because of the said traffic, and while I was a bit disappointed in the beginning, they were so professional and accommodating and even upgraded us to a lamborhini gallardo superleggera, threw in an extra 30 min, and let us head to Bodega bay (I highly recommend this drive). If possible, I'd recommend going on a weekday before 2pm. Especially if you're going in the Napa area. The traffic is real and you really want to get the chance to floor the cars! The phone receptionist wasn't the friendliest and could have been more courteous. However, our hosts who met us Guy and Maricio, were extremely friendly car enthusiasts who totally indulged my car-nerd boyfriend haha. We were excited about the prospect of driving exotic cars in Napa which was the most exciting aspect of the driving event. We had a 8:00 am starting time and there was no one there to meet us, the staff arrived around 10:00 am. No one answered our phone calls. The only reason we stuck around was because several others were also waiting. The cars finally arrived around 11:30 am. Excuses were given, and we were hurried to start the drive with No driving advice for each of the cars. The vehicles were all dirty and in rough condition. Once in the drivers seat and starting each car all the dash warning lights came on; I spent the most of my driving time wondering if the vehicle was safe to drive. I was asked to drive a 1960 MG race car or a Camaro, so I choose the MG. Once in the car we noticed 5-point racing lap belts. The instructor stated "We don't have time to adjust and fasten the seat belts" and asked us to drive without belts. Plus the passengers side door would not stay closed, not to mention the horrible steering and brakes. It was not a pleasant drive. We were hurried to switch cars and never had a chance to enjoy the experience. I was glad to complete the drive without accidents or injuries. The driving experience could be enjoyable if the management practiced better business procedures. I would not recommend the driving experience. read more

My dad bought a groupon from this place for my Grandpa's birthday around November. I read that this business was hard to get ahold of when you have a Groupon and that was true for us too. My dad had called and left messages for months and we heard nothing. When my grandpa came back into town, my dad had finally gotten in touch with them so that my grandpa could finally drive the Ferrari which was like his dream. When they had told him they didn't have availability, my dad raised hell. They ended up giving him an appointment and a whole separate free voucher. I felt like that made up for the inconvenience. I'm glad they were able to come through with the appointment because my grandpa had a blast. They even have him an extra lap. He had the time of his life. The man we checked in with was very cool and remembered talking to my dad on the phone. He offered us waters and gave us the rundown and told us how many people were ahead of us and such. I took a video of it and my grandpa just looked so cute, it was adorable. They ended up pulling through. The only other complaint I had is that I believe they put somebody before us in line and therefore we were about 10 minutes past our appointment. My fiancé is a huge car guy. And so are most the people he associates with. When an acquaintance reached out and invited us to bodega bay to drive some exotic cars we could never afford, on beautiful highway 1, we gladly accepted. Our time slot was 8 am. When we pulled up to the "spot" there were 4 cars lined up. And 3 questionable individuals walking around them. The vehicles included an Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari and a uhhhh .. Camero? Who the fuck wants to drive a Camero and where was the Porsche 911 we were expecting? We were told the Porsche was in the shop. My fiancé and I jumped into the Aston Martin. The couple who invited us drove the Ferrari first. And the third couple in our Group got to drive the camero meh.. lol Another random couple drove the Lamborghini. There was a lead car which we followed on highway 1. He wanted to keep all the cars together so he kept pulling over to let the others catch up. There was a problem with the Ferrari stalling. Oh well , as long as you didn't have to slow down it was fine lol. We ended up near dillon beach for some pictures and for the main dude to check out the Ferrari's issue. The mans response was "the vehicle is cold blooded"ok. Or dogged and poorly maintained? We switched vehicles at this stop and my fiancé and I got into the Ferrari. When we were about to leave, the Lamborghini BARELY STARTED and the cameros battery actually died and had to be jumped. The camero also didn't have power steering and the check engine light on. And it was one of the newer models, what the heck. My fiancé did stall the Ferrari when initially trying to take off, or when we were at a stop sign. It seemed to happen a lot until he turned it into race mode. I think this event was a Groupon purchase and I hope the people we were with got a refund. The cars were dirty inside and out and seemed like they weren't maintained which is sad because these are nice cars. We were supposed to spend 30 minutes driving 3 vehicles but we only drove 2 because of the issues and disappointment. The Ferrari had some damage on the back right fender next to the wheel. I think the tire sensor lights we on in all the cars too. In our opinion, the Aston Martin was the cleanest most well maintained vehicle there. I'm glad we got to drive it. The views on highway 1 were beautiful as well :) Can't say I would give money to this company till they get their shit straight tho.. read more

These folks are super nice! I bought a groupon ($99 for 6 laps) and surprised my BF for his bday. The regular price is about $280ish based on their website so be sure to check groupon prior to purchase. When I checked with them, they said that they go to Stockton and rotate with Arcadia and corporate events. So you can catch them at Stockton once a month (based on what I have heard). First of all, this is not a race track at all. They rented a parking lot and put cones around so you can drive around for the number of laps purchased. They were super nice and let us take as many pictures with the Lamborghini and Ferrari as we wanted! With the package that I purchased, you can do either Ferrari or Lamborghini. They seemed very professional and would give you instructions with 1 practice lap. The whole drive would probably be 15 - 20 minutes. My boyfriend lovedddd it and he thought it was the coolest thing ever. One of the guys there offered to take me on a ride on the Lamborghini so I went into the passenger seat & screamed while he drifted away. This was at no additional cost! read more

We came here from a long distance away, for something the whole family could experience on one level or the other. The thought of being able to race around in a supercar for a few laps was exciting to all of us, whether driving or just spectating. Finding the place was a little challenging. I suspect different navigation units may vary in accuracy but with only a couple of backtracks of a couple hundred feet, we managed to get there. The people at the makeshift counter were quick to check us in and verify our license and insurance information (fyi we showed literal licenses, one paper copy of an actual insurance policy, and an online pdf copy of the other insurance - no need to go photocopying things beforehand as they don't keep them). We were ahead of time by a few minutes but in the long run we didn't get to drive until 25 minutes -after- our scheduled appointment, that wasn't so great. That delay in getting our drive in contributed to the rating level of this review in a few ways. Number one, we had to sit around waiting, after arriving ahead of time as directed. Number two, that wait gave us time to observe things. Frankly, the location and "tracks" are a let-down. It was cool that (at least that particular day) they had two Lamborghinis (a Gallardo and a Huracan) and one Ferrari, but neither cone-defined "autocross" type course allowed one to -really- experience anything more than 6-10 laps of a 2-3 second burst of acceleration. You have a staffer ride along. But standard seatbelts vs 5-point harnesses, no cameras (I was wishing I'd brought my GoPro chesty vs my helmet with GoPro mounted - silly me for assuming I'd need at least a helmet if I'm racing around in a supercar), and two very short courses that consisted of a couple of shallow s-curves and a straight that could be handled in one gear or a single shift if you wanted to try shifting. When I drove the Huracan, my ride-along emphasized smoothness, the dangers of a mid-engine car's propensity to rotate if sloppy inputs and braking are used, and that the whole course could be done in one gear - 2nd. He showed me how to get the car into gear and off we went. He was talking a lot about the above subjects for two laps. I got a little concerned that almost half of my 6 laps would be used up at 10mph, but then he said he wasn't counting the laps yet. Whew! Here is where things got exciting. I have a little performance riding and driving experience so I started to push on the car and get a little feel for it while considering braking distances, turn in points, sight lines, etc. It was a bittersweet BLAST. That Huracan is an amazing car, though I think almost as much fun would be had with the Gallardo and Ferrari (Porsche 911 wasn't there for some reason). Very flat and stable handling, anchor brakes and warp-speed acceleration. The bitter part is that the courses are too short to really "get it in". Then again I guess the reasoning is "give untested drivers too much and they'll crash themselves into next week"? Anyhow I appreciated my ride-along's compliments on my driving and encouraging comments and pre-coaching. Before I knew it, laps were done. The staff had no problem allowing us to safely take pictures with and in the cars, and answered questions about them and even took our kids for a couple of straight-line "launches". Another issue for us was minimal amenities. Thankfully there was a tent with some fold up chairs so customers could be shaded from the hot sun, and the staff was attentive to anyone standing around and asking if more chairs were needed. But that was it. No information about the company, fact sheets about the cars, no water or drinks or snacks (not even for sale). That seems like a pretty simple thing to do that would go a long way toward positive customer experience. LTF has a cool thing going here, but they would do well to invest in a few bump-ups: have refreshments on hand, a considerably larger space for more challenging courses, maybe a staffer-driven sighting lap or two (even if after the customer drives, so they can experience what the car can really do), and filming options. read more

This made a great gift! What else are you suppose to buy for your guy after 16 years? Besides, there are worst things I can charge on his credit card to give him. Every once in a while every dude needs a testosterone boost. Making him jump out of a plane was better when he was sleep deprived after our son was born. The exotics seemed to give everyone the rush they were looking for. The occasion did seem to bring out a lot of personality in some people, and give some of their lady friends reason to flaunt their stilettos. I bonded most with the parents of preschoolers crowd. My husband loved It! The Groupon was initially for one car. After driving the Lamborghini, like most of the customers, he eagerly added the Ferrari. Sadly, the Porsche wasn't available. The staff were excellent. My husband praised their encouragement to go faster and the valuable tips they gave him. I greatly appreciated that they were easygoing . The staff gave everyone time to get cozy in the cars, with enough time reserved for photo ops. What brave men they were! The tracks had a few really bad drivers. It made me think about how many cones they must go through daily. Although, I cautioned my son to run and get out of the way if he saw a car leave the track, it was pretty safe. If I could give zero stars I would. They had an issue with a Ferrari the night before our appointment. The company did not want to keep the schedule appointment date set for us because it was too much of a "hassle" coming out for one scheduled group (even though we were fine with other cars they had available.) They rebooked us for the next day but then received a call in the morning right before heading out about our appointment being canceled yet again. Company said they would issue a full cash refund through Groupon. Manager Erika was suppose to resolve the refund issue with Groupon and the owner of LTF. I gave them a month to figure things out but I never got my money back only GrouponBucks that were refunded without my consent. The other employees there were NOT helpful in finding a solution for us as they seemed like they did not want to deal with our issue. I understand that Groupon was making it difficult due to everything happening in the world however the managers/owners never took initiative to resolve this issue and I gave them a month to resolve. Each time we reached out but there was no update on the refund or anything of that matter. Worst experience ever! Unprofessional and horrible customer service! I lost a lot of money and would NOT recommend booking through this company unless you want your money taken. Would however recommend Oxotic in Fresno as they were extremely helpful and friendly compared to LTF. I had a great experience with Oxotic! Amazing!!!!!!!!! Experience of a life time!!!!!There were 4 cars, a 360 Ferrari, a 430f Ferrari, a Lamborghini Gallardo, and a 911 Porsche. I drove the 430f and did a ride along in the 911. It was worth every penny. I would have never gotten a chance to drive any of these cars if it wasn't for this great company. Instead of encouraging me to slow down, the instructor with me told me to go faster on the turns and floor it on the straight away. Manuel and his crew were extremely nice. Great, one of a kind people who were extremely nice to talk to and were very knowledgable about the cars they had. I'm not sure how many of these reviews can possibly be real honestly. I've never felt more scammed. Our appointment time was 3:20 for a 6-lap ride, we arrived at 2:45 to an unexpected parking lot full of cones rather than a "specialty racetrack" as described. Already disappointed and irritated we check in, only to learn that something (something about a mix-up with the track?) has caused an hour delay for appointment times so we would have to come back later to do our ride. We're hungry anyway so we go get some food and come back within 45 minutes. At this point we're expecting to be called pretty quickly, but end up waiting a whole extra hour and a half to finally get my boyfriend's name called, not to mention all this waiting was done in 100 degree weather with no water available and while I'm 5 months pregnant, can't say I was happy in the least. A 6-lap ride lasts you about 5 minutes, if that, and while my boyfriend was happy and found driving such a powerful car exhilarating (he got the Ferrari Italia), it was so short lived that I have no idea how they're getting away with charging people $250, which that doesn't include how they try to upsell you to a cooler car (only 2 cars to choose from that day anyway) or longer drive times for 80 extra dollars. Please save your money and find an alternative, this is NOT worth it by any means. read more

The Gallardo prob needed some Maint as the brake was mushy. But the other cars were great! All cars were auto/paddle shift, but was to be expected. This was such an awesome and exhilarating experience. I actually purchased the tickets for 6 laps in a car of my choosing for $99. When my fiancé and I arrived they allowed us to split the laps and threw in an additional one so we would get the full experience. Since they were so accommodating we upgraded our package and we both rode the Ferrari 360 and the Lamborghini Gallardo. I actually lost count of the laps because I was enjoying them so much. Your accompanied by a coach during your laps and they are great at offering tips and seemed to genuinely want you to experience what these cars can do. Turns out that each of the guys owns one of the cars and they had a little battle going on for which got the best feedback. I would recommend this experience to anyone who is a car enthusiast. You can additionally drive the 911 Porsche turbo. The only thing to keep in mind is that your not on an actual track but in a parking lot sectioned off by cones. I couldn't stop smiling! read more

"That's it....?" I purchased a Groupon deal for this for my husband, since he's such a petrolhead. I got him super excited about it, made our reservation, and finally got out to Stockton for the day. We walked up to the parking lot with the cones making the track, which was a fine layout. My husband chose his car, got in it, drove out, and within two minutes was back and it was over. He said his copilot was nice enough and easy going, but I was shocked at the value of what we paid. It was advertised that you would get a lesson in the cars, a test lap or two, then six laps to let loose on the course. That was far from the case. It was a fine experience for my husband, but we'd have never signed up for it knowing the truth about what it is. Go out to SF, and you can rent an "exotic car" that's just as expensive and powerful for an entire day! Not really a big price difference either. read more

Just came back from the Super Car Adventure (on Sept 16th) up at the Napa venue. Lineup of the 3 cars (Ferrari F430, Lambo Gallardo, and Aston DB9) was an excellent choice of quite different cars. Route over Silverado Trail was safe and there were a few spots to open up enough...... Good way to experience super cars even if for around 30 miles or so of driving. read more

What a blast! Where can you take a $200,000 car and redline it? Stockton, CA. I would never drive my own car this fast. I had called early in the morning frantic because the Groupon I bought expired. Maurcio, the owner was super cool about it and said just come out today. He said I might have to wait about 40 minutes cause I didn't have a reservation. So I get out there and the guys there are super friendly. They told me it'll be about a 20 minute wait, but before I could go use the porta potty, they were already calling my name. First I drove the Lamborghini Gallardo, mainly because I've never driven one. It was fun but the track was basically a small oval and I never got out of 2nd gear, then again the car goes up to 85mph in 2nd. I think I got pretty close to that. Most of the people I saw driving it were pretty cautious, but not me. When I got out of the car I could smell the tires and brakes burning and the guy asked if I race cars. It was a good drive. Unfortunately the asphalt is really rough and the suspension was too stiff to handle it. I often found the tires off the pavement. For an additional couple of bucks they'll let you drive another car. I then drove the Porsche 911 Turbo. My co-pilot, John-Paul, was an ex-racer so I asked him for some pointers. That's when it got really fun. By the 6th lap I had the twin turbos SCREAMING and he kept telling me to turn tighter, next thing I knew we were drifting around the corners! Wow that was fun!! Unfortunately I forgot how driving fast actually turns my stomach. The g-force was so great I felt like I needed to hurl afterwards. I still can't believe that someone would let me drive a car harder than I would ever drive my own. Considering a new set of tires for the Lambo can cost up to $2K, it's a pretty cheap ride. I felt like definitely burned up a couple of hundred dollars worth of tires. I highly recommend it! read more

Bought this for my father's 55th Birthday. We're a family of car guys, so we thought it'd be great. First, the address in Napa has no signs or any way that you could tell where the drive starts. My dad, who had back surgery relatively recently, has a hard time walking and had a very tough time finding the location. It's listed at an address on 1st St in Napa, but very difficult to pin point. The reservation was made for 3:30 but the cars didn't arrive until 3:45ish. 15 minutes isn't a huge deal though. The worst part was the condition of the cars. I understand that these cars get beat up, but they are very poorly maintained. All had check engine lights on, TPMS lights on, oil lights on. The Lamborghini even over heated... TWICE! The seats in the Ferrari and Porsche are destroyed as well. I think it was still a decent value, as we went through Groupon, but DO NOT PAY FULL PRICE FOR THIS EXPERIENCE! All cars must be maintained, "super cars" that are beat up on a daily basis need more maintenance than normal. They are not doing a great job at that. read more

Purchased the 1.5 hour 3-car Napa tour for my boyfriend as a birthday surprise, and let me say what an amazing experience it was from start to finish! Our reservations were for yesterday and I received a call from one of the guys at LTF the day of, making sure i had the correct address to the meeting spot (thank you for this!). While we were waiting for others to arrive, he encouraged us to sit in the cars and take some pictures until starting time. Once everyone arrived, he went over some rules and let us know we'd get a chance to go 90mph! I was blown away with excitement even though I'd only be riding passenger. He also let us know he was adding an extra car (an Aston Martin) at no extra cost. Additionally, he offered a $50 photo package where his photographer took action shots of us driving, as well as some stills with the cars. We ended up driving 2 Lambo's, one Ferrari (which was the most fun to drive in) and the Aston Martin. Man what an experience!!!! We drove through some windy roads and really got that thing goin! It was an absolute blast! We had nice breaks in between switching cars to take cool pictures and share our excitement with the others in our group. All in all, nothing but great things to say about LTF. I definitely want to do this again. Great gift to give a car enthusiast! Got this living social deal for the hubby for Father's Day and used it the weekend before. It was a pretty simple set-up and while the ride was short my hubby LOVED it! He said it was a great time and worth the 1 hr drive to get there. They let him choose between all 4 cars without an extra charge and he chose the Ferrari f430. They had a deal that you could drive any additional car for an extra $75 ($65 cash) but we decided to pass. I wish it was a longer course but for the hubby to get to feel the power of a fast car he would never own, it was worth it! I gave this to my husband for a 30th birthday present and he was THRILLED. The Ferrari was well worn, but the other cars appeared to be fairly new. We did the 1.5 hour drive in Half Moon Bay and Mauricio was our lead driver. He was very kind and answered any/all questions. He even went so far to make sure we knew how to control the heat/butt warmers when it was getting cold. The drive up and down the 1 was VERY scenic and beautiful. They gave us plenty of time to explore the cars and take pictures. One thing we didn't realize was there is a second employee who can take pictures for you to purchase at your discretion. I bought this groupon for my BF for his birthday. Made the apt for a Saturday at 2. We drove from Sacramento and my bf was excited as we pulled up. Only 2 of the 3 cars were there. They told us there was a 45 min wait. There were about 15 people waiting in front of us and a group of guys who drove EVERY single car. We ended up having to wait for 2 hours before he got his 5 minutes around the half track. We were promised extra laps in a different car that we never got because the guy who promised us the laps disappeared. So 1 hour drive down there, 2 hour wait, and 5 mins around the track. Not worth it. Maybe on another day when " the wind" doesn't blow off the other track. read more

Do not recommend! These guys are scammers and liars. I paid for 6 laps around a track and got to drive around a parking lot for 2 min. Each lap taking about 15 sec. they said there would be multiple cars to drive and there were only 2. All drivers were delayed an hour due to wind. Then we got delayed another hour and told we would get extra laps in the car which never happened. Everyone involved in this operation is shady and nothing they say should be taken at face value. (Comment on customer service, not car-riding experience). I had a reservation for today in Napa. So, my gf and I spent the night near downtown (we hail from the Bay Area). The morning of the event we got an email indicating that, due to rainy weather, we would have to reschedule. After a minute of grief, I called the business (Cali Motorsports???) and with no hassle, we easily scheduled for February. To make amends, they promised a 2-hour excursion (originally slated for 1.5 hours), and a four-car experience, not three. On the phone, my advisor said the lambo and prancing horse were guaranteed. We shall see if the experience matches the service. SAD FACE-WOES: It would have been nice if the business contacted me much sooner (sooner than the morning of) that a cancellation was in order due to rainy weather. The weekend wasn't a total waste; downtown Napa is lovely (but the journey back home would feel a bit empty). I think their marketing literature, website, Groupon deals, etc., should preemptively alert customers of possible cancellations due to weather/road conditions, and once again--much earlier notice or a need for schedule changes would be much appreciated. Something like (on their website or wherever): "please be advised that your super car experience is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. If this is the case, we will alert you at least 24 hours in advance, and reschedule your excursion at no additional cost. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We just want to ensure that you get best possible experience with us. Thank you." That's a freebie! Use it LTF! Your customers will appreciate it! Outside that, customer service was mostly friendly and accommodating. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it did not disappoint! I bought two passes on Groupon so he could drive both the Ferrari and Lamborghini (he much preferred the Ferrari for its handling on the course). We had the last slot of the day so we got to take our time with pictures. The staff was super friendly and had water bottles on-site which was much appreciated on the 90 degree pavement.
