Due to mismanagement, we lost the deal, lost the $500 fee, and still do not have the document more than 4 months later. Paperwork was first sent on 11/14/2025, then for unclear reasons, we were asked to redo and re-sign everything on 2/2/2026. To this day, there has been no clear explanation of what happened to the original documents or status on the second set. On 3/11/2026, a staff member claimed a passport photo was needed just to make a VFS inquiry. This has never been a requirement in the past, not listed on the VSF website and we were previously told that inquiries had already been made - raising further concerns about the credibility of this office. I asked him to send me the form to show where it states the passport pic requirement and have Atul call me back, it's been over a week and I have received nothing. Key issues: * Consistently poor communication - constant follow-up required * Unrealistic promises and missed deadlines * Lack of urgency on a time-sensitive matter * Repeated excuses and inconsistent information from staff * No status updates or tracking provided Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism.
