I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. In looking at all the services I've had with this business I actually cringed in going back. but I figured at least I could do the ear candling which I had done before unscathed. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.

I hand over my Care Credit card and suddenly they come up with a charge for me to use my card of $27. Now I'm paying $927 for a originally quoted price of $750. Their machine is down and they keep telling me to leave as I'm upset now and being verbal. She will call when machine is up. I leave, they put thru charges of $927 and I never signed any cc receipt. People are great but ask & then have in writing the prices....check your cc statement and compare to receipt, if you are lucky enough to get one.
