I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. In looking at all the services I've had with this business I actually cringed in going back. but I figured at least I could do the ear candling which I had done before unscathed. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.

The first time I saw her, she had me bring in all the products I was using. She went through each one and explained pros and cons. She keeps all your info/products on file, so every time you go see her she is up-to-date one what you have been doing to your skin. Since seeing her, I do not use any more prescription washes/lotions for acne. As thsi is a medical day spa, they are able to preform procedures that you cannot get done in a salon. I have also had Gina wax my eyebrows and again, she's awesome! I recommend her to all my friends. I expect to have my laser hair removal (VERY reasonably priced) here at Accent. Dr. Delorio (the owner) has been my ENT and I trust her and her staff completely. I like that the more "medical" procedures (laser, peels, etc.) are preformed on site by Dr. D.
