I left there bleeding with scabs forming and I had to be in a wedding in four days. they told me it will be fine and it will go away and it did not. I booked the appointment online and called to confirm it was booked and 4 days before my appointment they sent me a text that that service is no longer available. Not even a courtesy call. I guess they don't inform their Receptionist when a service is discontinued. Since the thought of having any other service done there made me anxious, I asked for a refund. They said no problem. Few days later I received another text saying that they had refunded my money. When I inquired as to where they refunded it too since it was a gift card, they said oh we don't refund gift cards. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to put them on notice. These people have no business sense whatsoever. They are a small local business who is risking their reputation for $100. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. This is not a way to run a business.
