I've been a patient/customer at this medi spa for several years and drive 2 hrs to have services done. I have received hydro facials from the previous aesthetician Sarah and the current Lorilee and both are amazing! I have lip fillers done once a year or so to help with god not blessing me with a top lip. This time I had the pleasure of having Dr. Hempstead do my fillers and I can not recommend her enough! She was gentle, informative and really seems to enjoy what she's doing. She doesn't push you to get more than you need and she's really your hype woman! She's all about comfort and beauty! I've been struggling with persistent acne and PIE/PIH/scars/pitting (read: texture/red spots/dark spots/deep scars) for almost 13 years, so I decided it was time to do something about it. I went in for a consultation with Lorilee, but ultimately decided that facials/treatments wouldn't solve my scarring issues or cystic acne. She was extremely friendly, gentle, patient, and understanding through the whole process; I could tell she had my best interest at heart and I never felt like she was trying to push products/services like other salons do! Lorilee referred me to Gina after I decided I wanted to do lasers. She was the sweetest nurse I've ever met! We ultimately decided on 3-5 rounds of Sublative laser to treat my acne/pigmentation/texture. The treatment: they numb you beforehand and give you a little stress ball for the pain. I have tough facial skin (and maybe a high pain tolerance), so I wouldn't say that it hurt. However, Gina did say that most people who do Sublative have a different opinion! My face was extremely hot after, but nothing that some cool air, chilled vinegar, ice packs, and Aquaphor couldn't soothe. Gina was always a text message away when I had a question or freaked out about how to care for my skin. The results: I did notice a smoother texture overall (I had some pitting from previous acne), and I was so happy when my skincare-savvy friends pointed out how SMOOTH AND PLUMP my face looked! Additionally, my deep cystic acne (you know, the kind under the skin that feels like you're growing another eyeball) reduced after the 3rd treatment. But... my red marks, dark scars, and overall "regular acne" stubbornly persisted. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to finish my treatment by getting the recommended 4th or 5th sessions due to a cross-country move shortly after my 3rd session, so I want to be fair and share that it's very possible the last 2 sessions would have helped the issues that hadn't improved by session 3. I ultimately decided (per my doctor's recommendation) to go on Accutane after my face healed completely to treat the remaining acne (which will hopefully aid in cleaning up the scars too!). Overall, I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a treatment. The staff is unbeatable; I've never experienced such friendly people in a medispa before. I did a consultation for first time Botox and hair removal with Dr. Hempstead. She took time to answer all of my questions and did a thorough exam of my face before injecting. She talked me through exactly what we were doing and the expectations. I didn't feel rushed and was very comfortable. She explained that the initial injection was pretty low but we could add more once I saw how this settled, since this was my first time. Could not say enough good things about this place! I received filler from another med spa earlier in the year and the results were not satisfying. It was difficult to put trust in a different place based upon my last experience. Joanna gave me a little filler in my lips and was able to bring back their symmetry. She was also very informative the entire time and reassured me that with up keep, I will be able to correct the previous injections and achieve the more natural look I wanted in the first place. Recently visited this med spa and was assisted by Dr. Turnure. I have to say, he was extremely nice, compassionate and attentive. Recently I experienced a life threatening health condition and subsequently lost a tremendous amount of weight. Add to that, we lost our dogs and everything we owned in the campfire/ paradise Ca. So needless to say, I look horrendous. Dr. Was able to give me back some definition in my cheeks and decrease my frown lines. He recommended other areas to focus on in the future but was NOT pushy to upsell. He made sure not to break the bank and reminded me my facial structure will return as I gain weight back. The facility is clean, trendy but most importantly, it's professional. The young lady at the front desk is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional as well. She went into great detail about some hair care products that I was interested in. I did end up purchasing those as well. Hopefully they're as great as she explained them. I was really bummed with this whole situation. I had a consultation about kybella, mind you this was my first time ever going into a cosmetic medical spa and being in the beauty industry I already had an idea about how uncomfortable I would feel but I really wanted to do it so I did. After days of research on the best reviewed places, I landed on booking with this one. Anyway the dr. Seemed nice but kept referencing better budget options and It just felt rushed. I had sat on the idea of doing this for a whole year and saved ample money for it leading up to booking. I knew what to expect for price and for consultation, but the consultation didn't end with a real plan, and he just seemed like he wasn't taking me serious. He then told me that the nurse that does kybella is busy right now so he will make sure I am contacted when she is available so I can schedule a appointment. I walk out of the office and the front desk lady just says we will be in contact with you for your appointment availability. And I'm so patient plus COVID so I get it. I was all excited, tried to give the experience a light heart and to just be positive. So a MONTH goes by and I call and they don't answer. I left a message and the lady calls me back saying ummmm we never call people to book appointment so ummmm I don't know where the misunderstanding was, and we never actually charged you for the consultation Blah blah Cool I wasn't charged but dang what about wasting my time and not taking me as a serious customer. I just think this whole situation was very unprofessional and as a luxury cosmetic account manager I'm very disappointed in the customer interactions I received here. Also solidified the reason I don't want to go into a medi spa in the first place. So if anyone knows of a great location to get kybella where they treat you like they care please let me know, I have cash. read more

I was very impressed by everyone as soon as I entered. I was greeted by two really kind and sweet girls at the front desk. I came in to do dermal fillers and being my first time I was a little nervous. However Dr.Hempstead made me feel super comfortable and the procedure was painless and fast. I had always wanted a noticeable but natural upper lip and Dr. Hempstead did exactly what I was hoping for. To add on she even walked me out to the front and made me feel very valued. Lorilee is absolutely amazing! She is the only person I trust with my skin and gives the best Hydrafacials! Went to her 4-5 times before my wedding and my skin looked absolutely flawless and was so hydrated! I also appreciate how knowledgeable she is , I reached out to her for an appointment in July and she explained to me that they don't recommend Hydrafacials during pregnancy for safety reasons due to the glycolic and salicylic acids which I was unaware of! After sharing my results from the laser hair treatments, Camie was very surprised to hear that it did not work. She was very helpful and signed me up for a few more treatments free of charge to see if it made a difference. It unfortunately did not so she did not hesitate to give me a full refund. She assured me that normally customers respond very well to the treatments and that I must be one of the rare cases who do not. So in summary, try the place out! If the technology was was frequently unsuccessful they would have changed it by now because more people would be complaining. I went in for my first consultation this morning and I couldn't be happier. The building was very clean, well equipped and stylish. The staff were friendly and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! While the other spas I've been to are clean with friendly staff, I've not been able to find one with a full staff of well trained nurses. Upon arrival you are greeted by the sweetest receptionist (way more than a receptionist) who genuinely wants to greet you and know your story. I feel horrible that I don't remember her name bc I'm almost certain she remembers mine and will remember yours. I came in for brown/sun spot removal and Botox. I was given a few options for the sun spot removal by Lori (RN) and ultimately went with Pulse-Light Therapy.
