Worker yelled and screamed at me for asking questions and the owner failed to resolve the issue. It's unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and have bought countless cards from their whatnot streams. The first ever yelp review I have left which speaks volumes to how poorly I was treated. I would avoid at all costs and take your business to clubhouse cards right down the street.

We stumbled upon this shop as I was driving by. I made a u-turn and went back. It's in a small shopping center that had a somewhat vague "sports card" sign on the sign out by the street so I honestly wasn't sure if it was an old sign and I just hadn't seen it before. However, we found that they were open and my son was pumped. The shop owner was really friendly and mentioned that he will be doubling the size of his store soon by taking over the adjoining unit. He has a good collection of stuff including: -autographed and/or graded baseball, basketball, and football cards. -newer sports card packs and other collectible packs. -solid collection of rare Pokémon cards. -good collection of Pop figures -signed sports memorabilia Overall, we like the shop and I recommend visiting. We will be back. A couple of things we are hoping for when they expand are some vintage cards and old sealed 80s/90s era packs and sets. We are also hoping that he would open the shop up to the community to sell and trade a couple days of the months. Where we currently live, the sports card shop does that and charges the vendors a small table fee to set up. That way the shop makes money as well. I excited this shop is there and so are my boys!

Then, further back, you're transformed into a big kids' toy store with board games and collectable cards. I saw a door that led to another room where people can sit and play games together. Such a fun idea!

He assured me the address had been corrected and that everything was taken care of. However, I later received an email confirming the order had been shipped to an address we have not used in over eight years, located in another state. I contacted the store and was instructed to call customer service to cancel the order. I followed those instructions, successfully canceled the order, updated my address again, and received a confirmation email indicating the cancellation was complete. When we returned to the store to reorder the game, expecting the store credit to be restored, the store manager informed us that the item had already shipped despite the cancellation confirmation. As a result, we were told we must wait until the package is delivered to the incorrect address, gather documentation (including delivery confirmation, cancellation confirmation, and identification), and submit it to customer service before the credit can be reinstated. This situation has been both time-consuming and frustrating, particularly because the issue originated from an in-store error that I attempted to correct immediately. It is disappointing that the store does not have the ability to resolve mistakes made during the transaction and instead requires the customer to navigate a lengthy process for resolution. I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved.
