Which we pay out of pocket to get fixed and they have it for at least a day. I went to Cochran to get my new car and guess who will be training his in at Cochran. My tip is go to Cochran. I'm new to the Freeport area and I needed my car inspected on a Saturday morning. I called…read moreDeveraux at 9:15 am and spoke with Sylvia from the service department. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me to bring my car in and they should be able to get me in at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25 and spoke with Sylvia, who was even more friendly in person. By 9:32 my car was in the garage getting inspected. The inspection took them about 45 minutes, which was faster than other places I have been to in the past and it cost under $20. Additionally, they washed my car for free and said they provide that as a complimentary service for cars that are serviced at their garage. This added another 20 minutes to my wait time, but I did not mind at all waiting because they did an awesome job detailing the outside. I have been to a number of automotive garages, but Devy ranks up there with one of the best experiences I've had with auto shops. This is important because I hate the feeling of being at the mercy of "expert mechanics" who could overcharge or "misdiagnosis" issues with my car, thus costing me an arm and a leg. I definitely did not have this experience here and will return in the future. I'd highly recommend if you need your car inspected or other automotive needs!

Posting for my husband's experience today. As a Fleet member through his company, received two…read morerecalls from Ford. Dropped off vehicle this morning for recalls x2. Upon lack of communication, my husband called the service department for an update. He was told it would need to be kept another night for completion of new tires, oil change, filters etc. NONE of these services were communicated to my husband or the person within his company who approves Fleet services. Initially my husband was told that Fleet was contacted for approval of the services, however Fleet is not the payer, my husband's employer leases the vehicles through Enterprise and therefore is the payer. We wouldn't be frustrated or even making this review, but the ignorance and condescending attitude and tone of the service manager, Sam Barkley, has us in awe. We are aware of others who have had the same experience with this specific employee, but chose to continue to give this location the business as we have never, until today, had a bad experience ourselves. Better communication with the payer for the service was all that was requested before they were completed. Needless to say, having someone with poor customer services skills, such as Sam, as a service manager, may need re consideration. His reputation precedes him and now that we, and my husband's company with multiple Enterprise Fleet vehicles, has experienced it, we will no longer be seeking service at this Cochran location. I would rate zero stars for the service manager, but it's not an option. This review will be cross posted on various other sites.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Cochran in Natrona Heights and would not recommend…read morethem. They took my vehicle and repeatedly gave me return dates, only to push them back again and again. What was supposed to be a short repair turned into an entire month without my car. When I finally got it back, less than a week later it stopped working and had to be towed back. Given that they already had my vehicle for a month, you would think they would make this situation a high priority. Instead, I was told they can't even run a diagnostic until next week and refused to provide a rental car. My request to be treated as a priority because of the prior delay was denied. There was zero concern about how I'm supposed to get to work. On top of that, I noticed damage that was never fixed after having my car for a month. The molding on the side of my door was coming off, and I had to push it back on myself. This has been a huge inconvenience from start to finish, with poor communication, repeated delays, and no accountability. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here.

Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle. To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. We've sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but we haven't heard back from anyone. It's been incredibly disappointing, and we would urge others to steer clear of this dealership.

They did a fantastic job and saved me a ton of money and one HUGE headache. There were issues, with the car being 65 years old and original, but nothing unexpectedly wrong with the car. However the paperwork was screwed up, no one saw it, not the dealer and not me. Had it shipped to California with that paperwork it is likely I could never have registered the car in this state or if I could it would have cost a lot of time and money to do so. Because I used PPI the paperwork mistake was found before shipment and is being fixed by the dealer. Once I receive the corrected paperwork and the car I should have no troubles. PPI did an excellent job taking numerous photographs as well as checking and documenting everything and follow up conversation discussing all the issues and findings. Had I have gone to a nationally known brand it would have cost more and I doubt I could have gotten better or more professional and personalized service. PPI is a great value for the money. He was incredibly responsive and said he could get an inspection done within 48 hours. He got it done the next day. The inspection was extremely thorough. In addition to providing a written report, he summarized his report over the phone and took me through the few things he found. His price is less than the national chains charge and he provides a better product. I would recommend him extremely highly to anyone buying a used car.

Right after I got off the phone with him the driver, a nice man named Ryan, called me to let me know he was on his way and would be there in about 40 minutes. Not even 5 minutes after that I learned that I learned that I left my wallet at home. I called the dispatch office and told them the situation and that I needed to cancel the tow. I was then rudely told that I had greatly inconvenienced them and that there was a dispatch fee. Ok, understandable. What wasn't understandable was the fee was $50. The driver could not have been 10 minutes out and as traffic was, not far from the office. I asked what the fee included. The dispatch man (same one as before) rudely listed off a list of things. 1. fee for gas 2. fee for the drivers time 3. fee for CLICKING ON THE AD to call them. I told the man that I did not click on any ad and that I found the number online. When I searched for towing companies on the computer the number automatically came up and I called from my phone. He proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and had clicked on the ad and that it cost money to run the ad so I had to pay for it. I told him that I had no problem paying a fee because I did understand that I caused them an inconvenience but that I considered $50 a ridiculous amount. He told me I could pay it or he would call the police. He said that any call for service was a binding contract but I could try my luck with the police. I told him to never mind it because by then 15 minutes had passed and the tow driver was almost there and that I would figure something out. I ended up getting my vehicle towed and had to use my boyfriend's card. At first Ryan told me their card machine was down and that I should have been told that over the phone. (I was not) I convinced him to try it and thankfully it worked. The only redeeming quality of the whole horrible experience was that Ryan was very kind and acomidating. He was able to take $20 off my bill for the horrible service but all in all I would not use this company again.

I contacted Tag Towing and spoke with a customer service rep. I was told that the tow would cost…read more$185 plus $4 per mile. The destination was 7 miles away. I agreed. When I received the bill I was informed that I pay Tag Towing from their location to mine and from mine to the destination and from the destination back to Tag Towing. Additionally there is a $15 credit card fee. The bill ended up being $320. The dispatcher should have told me the fee structure when I called. Not good at all!
