They have been involved with several antique stores now, and regularly buy and sell antiques and vintage. I travel to a lot of antique stores as a hobby, and this is about as good as it gets for customer service. Christine and LaVonne seem to be the key figures that run the business, and it's stocked by a collection of vendors that each have their own booths. The store is located in a vintage gas station or convenience store, but they've done a great job setting it up. It's probably on the smaller side of things, as far as antique stores go, but make no mistake, there's a good selection of antiques and vintage, with something for just about everyone. I was say the store leans a little more toward man-tiques than other categories, but it's a great mix. If you let the operators know what you're looking for, they're always happy to point out anything that you may have missed, or let you know if they find anything in the future. Personality goes a long way in the antiques business, and these gals do a great job operating the shop. It's next door to another great shop, and there are several others around that make Shoshone a surprisingly decent antiques destination. Definitely worth a visit.

The Dutch Garden was kind and friendly. I gave them a budget and asked for a mixed vase. They were very flexible and offered to deliver any day I needed. My mom got the flowers on the decided day and was very happy. It was a beautiful mix and a great bang for my buck. I will surely use them again in the future!

The installers were unhappy that this critical information had not been relayed and said they had asked repeatedly that customers be told an installation cannot be done with a copper line. We had to make an emergency call to a plumber to complete the installation, which cost $250. When I later asked the sales agent about this, she immediately admitted she had failed to tell me and offered to personally reimburse me, which I advised her not to do. The store ultimately agreed to reimburse me for the $250 expense, BUT along with their check sent a letter completely distorting the facts of the case, saying that I had in fact known about the copper line problem and specifically claiming "This payment does not acknowledge any failure or responsibility on our part. Finally, we will not be able to accommodate your appliance and furniture needs in the future." Buyers, beware.

She helps with making peoples lives a little bit easier. They strive on donations to help others that are less fortunate then others.....Her name is Julianne RIder she is a mother, a wife, and someone who gives a damn about her community....As I shop in there on a regular basis, I find myself compelled to go in there first before I go into the other 2 thrift stores in town. J E is a cheaper on 90% of their items. They have sales on a regular basis, and is not afraid to be offered something lower then what they are asking on their prices. They are here for this community and surrounding areas. As I would like is to open up everyones mind and remember there are NOT enough people in this world like Julianne. She is good hearted and wants to help those that really need helping. I have also came aware that she has taken on a second job waitressing, wow I wish there was more I can do for her. She is a wonderful woman and everyone should get a chance to meet her. Her assistant Manager is her daughter Camas Bieroth of 18, and has been by her side since she opened the store 2 years ago. Her worker Kathy Rison is very loyal and a wonderful person to be there anytime.

My wife and I have now made three purchases with him in one year. He is always sure to give us a good fishing story, an honest assessment of the products, and a fair shake in the payment. He really cares to help us out. For instance, my wife got a quote on a double box spring set on Tuesday, but it turns out the quote was wrong and it was a little bit more expensive than he said. When we came back the next day to make the purchase, instead of charging us the correct, slightly higher price, he instead remembered what he quoted and took the money off the cost of the mattress. Without saying anything to us. The guy is just that honest. That's why we support this business rather than big name retailers in larger areas. This local business is worth supporting. As a side note, the history of the building is very interesting. The upstairs used to be for the local undertaker.
