Matteson was contacted by my property management company to do an oven outlet installation at an apartment in Rome, NY. Problem 1 - they didn't show on the date they were supposed to. They initially delayed 24 hours. Problem 2 - they showed the day after they were scheduled to, took a look at the issue, and said they would have an estimate to us that evening. They never provided an estimate. They did provide an excuse - namely that they had an emergency call-out that delayed them, but said they would get us an estimate soon. They never did. Problem 3 - My property management company called them SEVERAL times and left messages to try and get them to get us an estimate and/or follow up with us. They never answered or returned any calls. Completely ghosted us. Straight up unprofessional to disappear on and then duck a client. Had to start from scratch with a different electrician, so now my tenants are stuck without the outlet they need. Bad business practice, bad result for everybody. Avoid this business like they avoid following up.

OK. Dustin is a rock star. Showed up during a blizzard to help us with a backed up plumbing line…read more Shower, toilet....both filling up with water...and bubbling. 30 mins later he's at the door. Nice guy... Shovels off septic tank and sticks his head in to take a peek, releases overflow valve(which was not pretty), and diagnoses that we've got ice in the pipe...a couple buckets of hot water and some elbow grease with the snake... Kaboom! Problem solved. Fair pricing, nice local guy - we joked around and he had a smile on his face the whole time...going to have him back to help us re-do a shower when the weather warms up. This one is hard! I can normally tackle simple electrical issues myself but this one had me…read moreperplexed! The communication from Bonacci was excellent, they were on time and friendly. Father in law and son came out and really, got me in quicker than I thought they would as I called a few places and it was weeks for lead times. That being said the only issue I had was the price! I don't mind paying for services but it seems like it took them a little longer than it should have to re-wire a light switch. To be fair my house was built in the 40's and it had (2) two ways and a single phase running to it. Overall I would call them again but get the price hashed out before the work was done.
