The office may not be something new and shiny, but Dilmanian is a great dentist. She was able to identify a cavity that a prior dentist at Harriman Dental failed to locate and fixed the pain that I knew I wasn't making up in my head. She also fixed a couple of my other fillings and needs. I told her I would leave a review after my appointment today. I can't speak for anyone else's experience, I can only speak from mine. But, so far it's been a pleasure and surprisingly always quick and painless (Minus the first shot lol). I'd recommend.

He is trustworthy and wont do anything that you dont need and wont lie to you about what is wrong. Ethics, number 1. When I am there for my appointment, I make my next one while I am there, they send reminders and all is well. I have sent him many recommendations and they all love him too. He will also take you in an emergency situation as well.

I initially went for a cleaning that Maggie who is the secretary/hygienist completed and she took x-rays. Dr. Yarness came in soon after looking at the X-rays and recommended removing a cavity on the left side of my mouth. I went in for a future appointment to get this cavity room that was not bothering me by the way and immediately once he started I realized he went too deep, even with the numbing cream I felt that the drill was far in my tooth. He insisted the pain would go away. It didn't. My face swelled, and I suffered from throbbing and severe migraines. Upon returning due to the pain Dr Yarness was visibly annoyed and agitated. He attempted to "fix" the issue by using another drill but his time no numbing cream or shots. But the pain worsened. After that, I never went back. I've been living with constant pain migraines on the left side of my face for over a year now. I am currently seeking an oral surgeon to fix the damages he caused. The office itself is poorly managed by his wife (girlfriend) Maggie who is the secretary/hygienist, who is unresponsive at most times. Dr. Yarness lacks both technical ability and the bedside manner required for good patient care. I strongly recommend avoiding this office.

I have high nerves, so it's extremely difficult to get me numb. I was sore after the numbness wore off, but pain free the next day! Dr. Reiss is my general dentist. She's thorough and good. She cares about her patients. Fay is my favorite. Great sense of humor, caring and definitely easy on the eyes! I recommend Advanced Dental. I've hated going to the dentist. That feeling still exists, but I know I'm in good hands and they'll make me as comfortable as possible.

Dentist John F Carpenter didn't even know this till I brought it to his attention the next day, he couldn't get the implant out so he left it in there, bothers me to this day! Both implants failed within one year, more closely to the year, this should not have happened, and to Recharge me for it is Totally Unacceptable! Please Beware of John F Carpenters Practices! This is our family dentist. It's a large office with several dentists, dental hygienists and other…read moredental professionals. So as you can imagine you will find all your dental needs at this office. We find that the doctors at this office do a really good job with cavities, teeth cleaning, etc. I've had another barbaric dentist from another town over leave me with a bad bite from a terrible cavity fill and this office was able to help me with correcting that. My family gets regular dental check-ups here and cleanings. The office is very large, clean, neat and even has it's own finance department to help you understand the costs that you will incur which I really like this way nothing is a surprise. They give you the option to decide if you can afford the services and/or arrange some kind of payment option. The only thing I don't like about the office is that the doctor's are always trying to up sell another service or recommending something that may not be of urgency. If they could they would probably keep us visiting them on a regular basis. Otherwise we really like this dental office and the doctors. A++

When I called to schedule an appointment, I mentioned I didn't need the x-rays assuming that it wouldn't matter anyway ("as needed"). Was told that the coupon would not be honored and I would have to pay $95 for the cleaning. Oh. Okay...I schedule the appointment anyway. A day goes by. I think about it. Why would I have to pay more for doing less? I called back and explained that I didn't need the x-rays and that it didn't make sense to charge me more for doing less than what is listed on the coupon. The receptionist Lauretta insisted I would need to do the x-rays as part of the comprehensive exam. I explained again- no cavities ever, no need for X-rays. Don't want the radiation. She wouldn't budge- no x-rays no coupon...so I cancelled my appointment. Was genuinely surprised that they wouldn't want a new customer simply because I didn't want more radiation blasted at me unnecessarily. No cavities, no pain, no need. Disappointing interaction and if they're that sketchy about honoring the coupon, I wouldn't want to deal with them anyway. Go figure.
