Each time the response was "let me see if the doctor will still see you," which clearly shows there is no consistency or real consideration for patients' time. What's frustrating is the double standard. Patients are expected to be perfectly on time, yet there seems to be no accountability when the office runs behind or inconveniences others. Life happens, whether it is traffic, work, or unexpected delays, and most professional offices understand that within reason. It is disappointing because this reflects a lack of respect for patients, not just a strict policy. Although, for my last visit they were running late and I had to wait for over 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but they apologized about the lateness. Their offices are on the small side but modern. Everyone I have been in contact with was nice, friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the hygienist to the check out lady although this last one seems a little cranky.

Her office is spotless clean and the magazines are up to date, no dog ears . I know sometimes I'm afraid to even touch the magazines in a doctor's office. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hygienist goes out of her way to make sure that you don't experience pain. Dr. McEwan is always updating and using the latest in dental technology. She was one of the first offices to offer professional bleaching in the mid 90's. The only draw back could be the price, but then you get what you pay for and your health and well being is the most important thing you have.
