When you need to see the doctor, you SEE the doctor, not some PA, and he doesn't rush you out the door -- he is definitely old school and knows his patients. In the event he needs to refer you to a specialist, he knows the best ones, but also the ones whose approach works best for you as an individual. Office staff does a great job at scheduling so that even before Covid it was never SRO in waiting room, and they'll find a way to fit you in when you're not feeling well. He also is affiliated with the Peekskill Hospital, so if you are in-patient, he will make morning rounds before his office hours to check in on you. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a PCP.

Insisted that if he was working that his colon could not have been perforated. After his ER visit and subsequent 7 day hospital stay including major surgery he showed absolutely no concern or remorse and no follow up phone calls were ever received. As a medical student of the osteopathic philosophy I truly value a physician who approaches their patients as more than just lab blood work, but one who investigates a patient on a multi-systematic mind/body/spirit approach. This doctor is not into pushing chemicals out for no good reason and will sit and even make a step-by step diet and nutrition consul for you ( something that you would have to see a nutritionist for) . She cares so much for her patients she even has a system that allows patients to obtain consul, advice, and prescription renewals without seeing . When I asked her why should would do this to the effect that it is unfair for her in terms of payment , she expressed her feelings about how payment was a non-issue when it comes to efficient patient care. This doctor works tirelessly, day and night, in trying to promote health throughout Orange County and practices everything she preaches. She also is brilliant, and a graduate of Columbia Medical School. This doctor will give you advice about health in not just one dimension in regards to prescriptions because her intelligence and intellectual ability are multifaceted.
