I was looking for a physical therapist in my area due to my constant neck pain and just overall stiffness in my shoulders. I was recommended to go to Simon and I'm so glad that I went to see him. Simon is someone who goes above and beyond to let you know what the issue is and the exact exercises that help alleviate the problem. He's very real with you and that's exactly what I needed to get rid of this pain overall. There was a list of 5 different workouts he gave me and a couple of stretches to do every night and after even just a week or two of doing these, my neck is feeling so much better. I've never had physical therapy before but I'm glad my first time was with Simon at Sekai. I've been having issues with my hip and always struggled with mobility when playing sports, but he walked me through the pt and made it a seamless experience for me. Simon is the type of guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the proper care. For the longest time, any pressing movements like pushups or shoulder presses cause me pain which is why I don't do them.
