It is close to my home and accepted my insurance. My PT is Dr. Leanne and she is great! Not only is she a super nice person, but she's an awesome PT. The treatments she provided and stretching exercises she gave me have really helped! I am happy to report that I haven't felt numbness in my arm for a while now and I didn't get numb the last time I used the elliptical machine or ran! Yay! I still have a few more sessions scheduled, but she has already really made a difference in my comfort with my daily activities. Highly recommend!

My son loves playing basketball and soccer, and Gavin did such an incredible job incorporating that into his sessions. I actually looked forward to my PT appointments because of the positive atmosphere and the amazing staff. After suffering a distal biceps rupture, I needed a structured recovery plan to regain my strength safely. The team did an excellent job helping me recover at the proper pace. They introduced new techniques throughout my rehabilitation and knew exactly when to challenge me as I progressed, which helped me build confidence and strength without overdoing it. And performed a thorough physical assessment of my chief of complaint. So from being placed in a traction. Ultrasound. Massages. Cold pack. Stretching. I better be well put back together after all of this is done! Ugh... I have eight sessions with Dr Chu. Albeit this is my first session, it would be premature of me to evaluate my experience with him now. But after one and a half hour, I'm still walking. Top tier experience, from the super cute animal videos in the lobby to the amazing office staff to Dr. Ladhawala's expertise, all of it is great! I am not an easy patient, to be honest. I don't like to be touched a lot and I definitely tense up at the IDEA of my body being adjusted. It took a bit, but ... I started to relax and trust the process. I started being able to move easier and actually drop the tension in my neck/shoulders! My favorite part is the traction table because I feel like all the weight I subject my spine to (in between visits: carrying my oversized body, crouching/hunching at my work desk, stretching to reach stuff on higher shelves, twisting to pass my kids snacks in the back of the car, etc) literally MELTS out. I am also *pretty sure* I have fallen fully asleep on that traction table but everyone played it off really well & didn't even comment on it. They let me keep my illusion of . If I did fall asleep, I know I snored - soooo ‍. In my defense, the whole space is soooo comfortable & welcoming that it feels like the next logical step haha. The Dr and team make my visits fun and lively with our conversations, which also makes me look forward to my weekly appointments. The pre and post treatments (TENS stimulator and traction/tension table) work wonders, which I look forward to with every visit. Another visit, I worked with Julia and she was very helpful in correcting any form issues I was having and I personally love that so I know I'm getting the most out of any exercise. Richard was also very kind and helpful in getting me to my next exercise or explaining what I needed to do. I love the community here as everyone's kind of talking and sharing their stories and all the therapists quickly get to know patients. She was so friendly and asked me questions to get to know me. Dr. Chu speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese fluently, and is so knowledgeable that I wanted to sit and take notes. I would love to shadow him at his job! He provided hands-on joint mobility (which was so important to determine sources of referred pain), recommendations for stretches, adjustments, and estim for my muscle pain, while treating me as a person. Most PT places I've been to assign patients to assistants after the PT does the evaluation, but not this one. The only thing you have to take into account is to make sure you have enough time- I spent about 2 hours there (it was my first visit- sounds like other visits are about 15-30 min once established). They will definitely try their best to adjust their schedule. They take Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (I believe PPO), and cash. My mom recommended me to him . Aside from his magic therapy, he is an honorable man, charging bare minimum and spending more time on his patients than he needs to. It brings tears to my eyes to see genuine souls like him exist. He has a healing hand and I hope more people give him a chance and be fair to pay more than his set prices which are way too low.
