This company has been harassing me and my company for months, They have now gone to far. By having a woman call my office this morning and say she was with the bank I use and say that they are using a third party merchant analyst company and to expect a call from them today. Then about 30 mins later I get a call from a woman name Anam Tahir Qureshi with Sekure Payment Experts asking for me to send her my Merchant statements so they can do the analyst. This company is a scam! First of all, they charged a higher percentage.Then what was agreed upon. Then they started drawing additional money out of my bank account for no reason at all. There were not any notifications for these sneaky deductions that they cannot explain. Then, when I tried to cancel because of the theft, they refused to cancel my account without charging me $750! I wish I could give this review zero stars. A representative by the name of "Melissa" continues to call my office daily demanding to speak to the owner. When asked what she is calling regarding, she will not say, instead saying that it's "regarding the business account" and that she is only authorized to speak to the account holder. She will not give a return call back number and will not explain herself to the office manager. We have repeatedly told her that we are not interested in whatever she is selling and to please call never call back again. This woman is belligerent and rude. She has stated numerous times that she will continue to call back daily until she speaks to the owner directly, despite being told that the owner is aware of her calls and does not wish to speak with her. We started blocking the phone number, but she calls back on a different number every time. We have repeatedly told her that this is harassment and that we have filed FTC and BBB complaints. Crooks, these people will promise you the moon and when your not looking charge a lot of fees. PCI fees for level 2 then another for level 3 cards and so. Add on some yearly junk fee of 165.00 and POS equipment of 29 each and a 65/mth regulatory fee and you can end up close to 7% range. Average for the year was 3.2 first year and 3.7 the second year. Shame on me for not looking sooner. Cancelling was even more challenging. First the cancel like on their website no answer on several occasions. Then the main cs line call back choice, no call back. Called again following day, no answer on cancel line, hour and half wait on the main CS line. Then as soon as you say cancel they go into full sales mode. Drop rates, refund bogus fee charges, etc. They offered everything to stay over 740.00 rebate on fees and better rates. Although she was hard to understand (French Canadian) she was nice but persistent. If you're in Montréal Canada and need a sales person go proselytize these people! Took an hour of pleading to get a cancellation in. Then today i get the professional saver called with the "let me tell you what i can do for you" line. Finally told them if you could make it free i still want to cancel. So we'll see if i get the cancel email i was promised yesterday!!! read more

All the other 1-star reviews about this company are spot-on. They just will not take no for an answer and keep calling our business over and over. I was on the phone with Alexandra five times last week where she kept pestering me to send in a statement so they could do a free rate review. I said we don't want to switch away from our current processor and she said, "oh no you don't have to switch, this is a free complimentary service to help you negotiate lower rates with your current processor. Just send a statement in and we will review it and get back to you." She asked when she could expect to see a statement from me, and I told her whenever I got around to it and found the time to do so, as I'm busy at work. She asked if I wanted her to call back the next day to check up and see if I needed help sending a statement in. I told her no, that's okay, I can send in a statement myself and I'll get it sent over when it's convenient for me. She called back the next day anyway, and was super pushy about me sending a statement over. Again I told her I'm busy at work and will send a statement over when it's convenient for me to do so, as I didn't ask for this complimentary service, and I'm not adding her to my list of priorities while I'm already busy at work. She then asked for my cell phone number so that she could text me and somehow help me through text message. I politely declined, why would I give my cell phone number out? Three days later, they call again, and I tell them that I had a chance to look up reviews for their company and saw a whole bunch of awful, 1-star reviews that completely match up to my current experience with them, and I am not interested in working with them at all. Sales guy on the phone said "oh really cause we are one of the highest rated companies on Google". Told him, sorry, still not interested and hung up. Two days after that, I get another call from Sekure asking for me by name, some other new dude I have never talked to. I didn't let him get a word out before I told him "last time I talked to you guys, I told you I wasn't interested, goodbye" and hung up again. They just will not give up, and not stop calling even though I've declined their services multiple times and had to be rude and hang up on them twice now. Sekure Merchant Solutions is a predatory company, praying on small businesses. Early last year their account manager Tyler Michel convinced me to switch to Sekure Merchant Solutions from Square, where I did not pay any monthly fees. He told me in phone conversation that this was a month to month contract, I can cancel anytime. What he did not mention is that they are locking me in for 3 years, A fine print in the merchant agreement, which I unfortunately initialed just trusting their representative. I have asked Sekure to provide me a copy of that conversation as I believe they record everything. I lost my business, have no income and have been trying to close, but it has been a NIGHTMARE which continues to this date. They asked me to sign a cancellation letter which says, I agree to pay $600 early termination fees. THIS LETTER IS A DAMMED IF YOU DO SIGN - DAMMED IF YOU DON'T SIGN. If you don't sign they will keep charging you monthly fees, If you sign (like I did) they charged my credit card $600. There is always discretion that any company management can use to waive the fees where the merchant is out of business and has no income and is going through severe financial hardship. Sekure chose to be GREEDY and charged me $600 anyway. When I asked for the fees to be waived due to me having no business, they had the audacity to ask my friends to sign up so I can make some money to offset my early termination fees. They also sneaked in over charges on 10/31/23 11/30/23 and 1/2/24. They have not refunded those either. read more

These people have hounded me by phone for months and now that my business is open I can't get anyone to answer the phone on their end. I received my first business day deposit fine. Still waiting for the best 2 days and it's been 4 days now. When will my money be deposited?! I was tricked into signing on with Sekure about two years ago, by a guy who said they would not charge me more that one percent over the interchange rates. Since that time, they have been loading all sorts of extra charges for things they don't explain, and when I tried to terminate the service, they said there was an early termination charge, even though i never agreed to a long term contract. Their agents try to sweet talk you into staying on, but the charges have always been in excess of what we originally agreed on - running 4 to 5 percent.
