I would give this company a zero if I had to. They lie to you regarding their fees and their contracts. They raise the price with out you agreeing to it and keep you in contract. Lied lied lied!!! First of all, they call and harass you with annoying calls. Then they promise you everything free and mentioned how much customer will pay (0.35$ per transaction which is a lie. A Kimberly called and told my receptionist she was returning my call. When my receptionist attempted to verify this with a few questions, Kimberly got very rude with her. I had her patch the call through even though I had no idea who this was and they were absolutly NOT returning my call. Kimberly said I had asked her to call back and do a review of our rates. I asked when it was that I requested this and she immediatly got rude with me and said last summer I said I wanted her to call me back to do this review. I told her I didn't recall that and said I wasn't interested in having our rates reviewed a tthis time, please remove us from your list. She got a snarky attitude with me and asked me why I wouldn't want my rates reviewed, began talking over me and overall being rude and disrespectful. On 3 separate occasions, I have spoken with 2 different men who are so pushy and treat me like I am stupid for not wanting this free analysis. Overcharged our business twice in two months and still have not credited us back(Its been - entire month of trying to get out money back). Heads up they will block your number on their end once they find out out you keep calling to get a refund. You must call them with a blocked number to get ahold of them. I don't know how their actual business is run, but they have called our company every week for the past several months even though EVERY TIME we have asked them not to call us anymore and to put us on their "do not call list". I have been very polite up until today. Today I had to raise my voice because the lady kept trying to talk over me, and I finally told them I would contact the BBB if they continued to call us as we have been VERY clear that we do not want to receive any more of their solicitations. In fact, they will nearly BEG you to write a good review for them on their Facebook page. Of course if you receive great customer care in the beginning, you will be inclined to do so. Gotta give it to them there. Once that trial is over, don't expect much. Rude account manager, unanswered calls and emails, unresolved issues. Appears to be shady organization. They'll get you hooked in and it will be nearly impossible to get out of your contract unless you want to pay some hefty fees. I took part in this horrendous company's referral program and they have destroyed every peace of trust and business professionalism I had for them!!!! These people are the BIGGEST SWINDLERS in the universe!!!! They ROBBED me of the supposed $250 for referring them clients. So I stopped using the terminal and asked to close my account. I was charger $51 for NOT using it in a month. When I call they tell me that they will investigate the matter. 2 months go by and I get called and literally get told that I will not receive the $250 and the case gets close. Now they finally close my account and I receive an email telling me that I will be charged darn near $700 for terminating my account early before 2024!!! They headhunted me and ran an account analysis. Said they could offer faster processing times and save me $20 to $25 a month. Sounded good. After 4 months I was spending over 5% of gross revenue on processing fees. On top of that, I was still getting charged fees when our business was shut down for 3 months from Covid-19. I called and they said they would waive fees.... they didnt. I canceled and had to pay $700 to break contract that they didnt even uphold on their end "to save me money" and provide better service. 6 months using them and it cost me almost $2,000 more than if I would have just stayed with my old company. Premium upgrades that are tacked on without your okay, that you have to go in and cancel. Annual fees not mentioned by the sales rep. $119 to send you the tax form at the end of the year. There were two Michaels who helped me out. We are new to accepting credit card payments for our business. Michael Tesfazion gave me initial information and was very helpful. Today Michael Harry walked me through setting everything up and was very pleasant and patient. I am concerned about the monthly fees though, as I wasn't told about them at first; however, even though I'm signed up under the premium plan which wasn't disclosed to me from the first Michael, I have a free 60-day trial. I'm sure that I will cancel that part as we don't need the premium services. I'm optimistic that this will work well for us, but time will tell. In addition, I still haven't been told about the percentage rate that will be charged for using this service. Under he promotion, it's 1%, but I wasn't told how much that is good for either. read more

I've never had such savage sales people. After an initial conversation from a cold call, I told their rep I would try to send over a merchant statement. This was the week after Hurricane Ian, when we were shut down 3 days so I was trying to get caught up. I hadn't sent her the statement within the day so she decided to bombard my office with calls. I eventually thanked her for her time, but said it's not a good time and I would reach out when we were looking for new quotes, she then told me I was a liar and that I said i wanted the quote. Honestly, I was just trying to be nice because I'm sure they gt told no 99% of the time. I had to hang up on her because she would not let me off the phone. She called the next day and I answered and she acted like we were best friends. I politely declined, again, and she started become aggressive with accusations. I told her I would never do business with the company due to her communications and she said some rude comments before hanging up on me. Two weeks later, we are still receiving daily calls. Now she is asking for our president, who has nothing to do with our merchant accounts. I normally only leave good reviews, but this company is horrible! For a month or more, Michelle worked to get me out of a situation where a former employee of LOKSAK registered an account with SEKURE, as if she were 51% owner of my company. So much had to be undone and redone, and then a new account opened, just for me to gain access to what was rightfully mine.
