I got there, we talked about what I was needing and I got my full hour massage. I got there at 1 pm and left at almost 3 pm. Now it was my first time getting a professional massage but I left feeling fantastic. So much so, I am convinced I need a massage monthly. Just for overall wellness and stress and tension relief. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They seem to have a good base of clients and the staff seemed to know who everyone was. I would fully recommend this place for a great massage

I was scheduled to remove my clothes for a full body relaxation massage at Camille Baughman &…read moreAssociates at 11:30. I checked my cell phone. 11:35. On the other side of the reception area Camille was frantically trying to get ahold of the company that prints her gift certificates. I think she was hoping to curb some future shortage before it happened. After finishing up, she apologized profusely, and took me to the back room. Before exiting so that I could take off my clothes and snuggle under the covers, Camille engaged me in a highly entertaining discussion about her recent travels (due to a physical ailment that kept her from massaging) and the massage college she attended in Florida. By the time the conversation shifted to my body soreness and areas for her to focus on, I had been on the clock for about fifteen minutes or so. I was concerned. At most of the wham, bam, thank you maim type massage parlors I've frequented, when you pay for an hour, you never really get an hour. I've been known to inundate my massage therapists with questions such as "Wait, my hour includes undressing time?" and "Are seriously going to do breathing exercises and share a yogurt with your pet pufferfish that you keep in the bathroom while my clock ticks down?" for that very reason. But at Camille Baughman, when you pay for an hour you get an hour. Or an hour and five. Camille takes her time to do things right and isn't (or at least doesn't give off the impression of being) a clock watcher. I really like that. But what I love most about Camille's massages is that she listens and caters them to your needs. Remember that conversation we had at the beginning? The one where she asked me what areas to focus on? I have that same conversation with every massage therapist I visit. The lot of them pretend to listen and then just go about their typical routine. Did they really put more effort into my quads? I couldn't tell. With Camille, you can tell. When I asked for her to focus on my quads, she did. She did more with them than anyone else I've ever visited. Another thing that Camille does well is that she isn't afraid to push deep. Her deep isn't an I intend to make you writhe with pain type of deep but more of an organized and controlled pressure. It is the type of pressure that pushes one to the verge of pain but never really crosses the line into unpleasantness. Camille prides herself on her ability to provide a good massage. She doesn't need to dress it up by offering a lot of the things that other spas do. You won't see signs promoting chocolate face spritzers or lavender eyebrow threads or potpourri wax glaze. Its just hands and elbows meet back and shoulders. I don't say this lightly: Camille, of Camille Baughman & Associates, gives the best massage I've ever had. It is one of the reasons I really look forward to the holidays in PA.

This location of the Phoenix Physical Therapy is clean and welcoming. Their administrative…read moreassistant is kind, friendly, efficient and professional. The treatments provided by the therapist were mostly helpful. However one employee concentrated only on movements & stretches, while the other also included very helpful muscle massage/manipulation of the area of my pain. The main two downsides of this particular business is: 1-Their inability to better control annoying customers (loud, meddling, nosy, obnoxious ones). Customers are sharing the same space and the therapists over lap their work between each (some times 3 people at a time). This creates close proximity between the customers whereby some feel too comfortable in their invasion of other customers personal space and interject themselves into everyone's business/health issues. The staff do little to prevent this and the space isn't set up reasonably to avoid it. (Another physical therapist I went to in the past was much better set up to keep customers at a more comfortable distance and avoid such overlap contact in space and conversation. ) In addition, they don't have the proper space/set up to include therapy that includes soccer ball kicking. Clients kicking balls risk hitting other clients and breaking equipment. Twice during two different sessions I was almost hit in the face with a flying ball! Seriously?!!! 2- The staff voices their own personal beliefs and views about political events, life styles, current events regardless off how they may offend a paying customer who's in pain. Very unprofessional. I felt they were taking their opportunity to trap anyone who may have different views then them, where a client needs their help and wouldn't be in a position to voice their own thoughts. Shame on them!

This was the first Chiropractor I have ever been too, like many people I wasn't sure what they…read morecould do for me a doctor couldn't, but they did and have helped me greatly. When I was pregnant I was on bed rest for over 18 weeks. I wasn't allowed up more then to use the rest room, take a seated shower ever few days and a weekly doctor's visit if I wasn't already in the hospital at the time. Well after 18 weeks in bed not being able to do anything, then going though child birth and being heavier my strength was way down. I was so weak at one point to turn over in bed I needed help from my husband. This gave me a lot of lower back problems. I knew if needed to lose weight and get stronger, this meant the gym, but I couldn't work out with horrible pain in my lower back, and if I went to the Doctor the answer would be lose some weight and here is some pain medication. So I looked for another solution. At first the place felt like I was joining a cult, and they are a little funny to me even now. I wanted better so I went along with reading the pamphlets about treating the problem not the pain, and all that. In a few weeks they got my back feeling better then it had in year. I couldn't remember it feeling that god since I was like 17. At this point I had continued visits with physical therapy in their small gym to get my strength back. I go for a visit about ever month now and I feel when I need it. They really did get me back on my feet with out medication. Once my back was fixed my husband also went, his back had bothered him for years, he is a true skeptic but now also goes about once a month for an adjustment. If you have back pain I defiantly recommend this place, there are 3 Chiropractors in the office. Husband and Wife, Dr. Scott Casses, Dr. Rochelle Casses, and Dr. Chastity Keller, DC. Each of the 3 seem to have their own Style, Dr. Rochelle is who I normally see, she is the roughest one, but my back can be stubborn and I know she will get me aligned, Dr. Scott seem to be the nice middle of the road, and Dr. Chastity has the lighter hands approach. They do work with you on payments if needed and all the staff is extremely nice. I am ways greeted by name and asked how my son is doing. They do also treat children, but I haven't taken my son yet, they do speak of benefits to visits and I know the staff takes their children in. I personally don't think my son needs it, he isn't sickly nor does he have issues with mobility. They are a little funny in there, but over all I don't think my quality of life would be as good if I hadn't found them, so if you can take them for what they are and need help with your pain I recommend a visit.
