It's very hard these days to get a physical therapy place to do ultrasound and other modalities on patients. Most places just assign you exercises to do and often leave you unattended to help multiple patients at 1 time. Not here- they do things the old school way, or like I like to say... the healing way. We get assigned home exercises- but my time in the office is spent doing ultrasound , massage , and therapy. I paid close to $3k for my visits and I still walked away with sciatica pain. I paid out of pocket because my insurance did not cover chiropractor treatment. Now, if you have insurance, give it a try, but if you're paying out of pocket, I wouldn't recommend it. Obviously, it depends what you're getting treated for so everyone's experience will vary. I have had better results and much more pain relief with acupuncture for my sciatica and it's more affordable.

She (and other PTs at Back on Track) brought me from severe frozen shoulder with excruciating pain and greatly restricted range of motion -- to being virtually pain-free and having most of my range of motion restored in about five months. I'm excited that I can use my once-useless arm to do all the things I couldn't do when I started physical therapy with Kavina. She used all the proper exercises and treatments at all the right times to achieve this excellent result. Back On Track's office staff and helpers are also wonderful. I explained that I didn't have more time to accommodate this and then she was openly hostile and started to chastise me that she was just trying to explain my options. I guess I was supposed to only provide yes/no responses. No apology just a bunch of disorganization, hostility, and disregard for basic curtesy and professionalism.

I didn't want to do that. So I did some inquires on the internet, talked with family and friends and stem cell looked like a good alternative. I saw some advertisements on Instagram for this office and made a call. I am so glad I did. Dr Neda is wonderful, she is informative, professional and kind. The Hydrowave Therapy is helping. I am not done yet but what has been done so far is working. My pain is less and it was soooo bad before. I seem to be walking better. My goal is to do this and then go back to Kaiser and have another x-ray from them to see if they can tell a difference. It is too bad insurance doesn't cover any of this, but worth every penny. Megan and Sam are the best, so pleasant and professional. Just a small side note my Grandson who is 8 has gone with me and he so gets a kick out going with me.
