First, the receptionist needs additional customer service training. She came across as unprofessional and rude for all of my visits. Multiple times I waited for her to finish a person call, texting or scrolling on her cellphone before being helped. This was annoying, but not what I take issue with. My therapist, Prajakta, saw me for about a month before going away on sabbatical. (This is the only good thing about this place imo, that they let their employees take the time they need to recharge). However, while she was away I had a new therapist for every single visit, with only one therapist seeing me on two separate occasions. This didn't also didn't bother me either. When Prajakta returned, I had been about a month in recovery from surgery for the problem I was visiting their facility for. I explained I was scheduled for another procedure that scheduled for the following week and the doctor recommended I continue therapy. Prajakta, after visiting with me just the one time since returning from her sabbatical told me that I was all better and didn't need to schedule any further appointments, even with the info I just shared with her about having another procedure scheduled. This place does not care about their patients. They do not care if you still have visits approved through insurance. They do not care about Doctors recommendations/orders. And sadly they do not care if they have helped you or not. So that was my experience and I hope this helps anyone thinking of using this facility to maybe look elsewhere.

I wanted to ask further questions but since my time was shared with others, I couldnt follow up like I wanted to. I was going to give CA Rehab and Sports another chance since having another issue, but calling this location is like calling a radio station. You are lucky if they pick up. One time, someone actually picked up, but I could hear people talking in the background. Then he/she hung up- very unprofessional. Ill take my chances elsewhere.

I came to HealthPro with two competing issues, one a crazy rare injury and surgery (essentially I tore my hamstrings off at the top and they pulled down my leg... had them reattached) and a herniated disc injury & surgery. The neck thing has been pretty standard - the leg, I've been a 'first' for most of the medical pro's I've seen along the way. Apurva has been my therapist, and I'm progressing really well - she challenges me in a safe way, answers all of my questions in ways I can understand, and she's also FUN. Randy at the front desk has been great with all of the paperwork, approvals, etc, and kept me informed about the process (which is important when you are in the fear cave of athletic injury and everything insurance-related feels SO SLOW.) The aides are all great - personable, kind, and efficient. I'm super grateful to have these guys on my recovery team - my epic injury saga is followed by an EPIC COMEBACK!

The receptionist is super cool. The physical therapist are awesome and the assistance to the physical therapists are so friendly and engaging. I never want my sessions to end. Businesses need to take a lesson from how this establishment is run. Everybody is happy accommodating and very down to earth. I highly recommend the Bay Area Physical Therapy to anybody in need of recovery and a safe place to get it done. I'm gonna be so sad when my sessions end. It's very hard these days to get a physical therapy place to do ultrasound and other modalities on patients. Most places just assign you exercises to do and often leave you unattended to help multiple patients at 1 time. Not here- they do things the old school way, or like I like to say... the healing way. We get assigned home exercises- but my time in the office is spent doing ultrasound , massage , and therapy. The office is always clean and I have never had a problem with parking The facility is also easy assessable to people with mobility issues

I called because I wanted to confirm and see if I can at least make an appointment. I called 3x and the phone just rang and rang nobody never picked up the phone the last time I called I sat there for 5 minutes hoping someone would pick up. I said forget it and just showed up around 9am stood in line for about 10-15 minutes finally got to the front desk and I told what k was there for and handed them the employer sheet for test and my ID. They in return gave me paperwork to fill out. I filled it out and gave it back to the lady. So far all this is pretty standard and normal. My issue was, sitting there literally for over an hour when she calls me back to the desk and asks if I lived in a certain city in a different state. (I did but that was like 20 years ago) Why because they wanted to make sure it was me. - Again, I was only there for a pre-employment urine sample. She finally sent the paperwork to the back. To make this short I waited a little over 2 hours needing to go to the bathroom but couldn't go because they needed my urine. I understand they were busy and all rooms were full, but again I wasn't looking for a room I was just looking for and needing a cup and bathroom.

Sacco in lieu of my Carpal Tunnel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very professional, friendly staff. I had never been to an Orthopedic Surgeon before, didn't know what to expect, I had "White Coat Syndrome", tense, full of anxiety. However, I found him to be Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable, Thorough. He was very friendly, and informative, direct, and I like/appreciate his candor. He explained his findings, diagnosis, options and treatment plan for positive resolution. Last but not least, to my surprise, he has a great sense of humor. He put my mind at ease. By the time my appointment was over, I felt like I had known him for a while, and I was anxiety free. I'm very glad that I was referred to him by my Orthopedic Doctor. I would not want to go to any Orthopedic Surgeon. I highly recommend this Orthopedic Surgeon/office. I have had several post op appointments with Dr. Sacco since my Carpal Tunnel Surgery for my Right Hand Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The most recent was yesterday 11/27/2023. All I can add to this review is that I truly believe Dr. Sacco is the Best In The Business ~hands down.... He listens well, examines your injury thoroughly, treats you accordingly. Genuinely cares about his patients!! He and his staff are Always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Last but not least, they are consistent. I hate going to doctors appointments in general. However, I don't mind going to Dr. Sacco because I know he has my best interest at heart and he is Not just in it for the money. Just drove in traffic to my 8am appointment to have it…read morecancelled on me when I got there (no call). I get that it happens but according to the receptionist the provider called in earlier and I was her first appt so I should have gotten some notice The receptionist wanted me to drive another 30mins away so I could be seen today. I explained that I didn't have more time to accommodate this and then she was openly hostile and started to chastise me that she was just trying to explain my options. I guess I was supposed to only provide yes/no responses. No apology just a bunch of disorganization, hostility, and disregard for basic curtesy and professionalism.
