I can't say enough positive things about Janice and her team at CPT. They go above and beyond with their care of patients here. It's very hard these days to get a physical therapy place to do ultrasound and other modalities on patients. Most places just assign you exercises to do and often leave you unattended to help multiple patients at 1 time. Not here- they do things the old school way, or like I like to say... the healing way. We get assigned home exercises- but my time in the office is spent doing ultrasound , massage , and therapy. I first went to CPT for an ankle injury. I could not believe how knowledgeable the people there are. I didn't need all of the sessions as a bit more than 1/2 of them got my ankle feeling better than before I even sprained/fell on it! I'm going again for my knee this time. I'm already able to walk without my cane & am not always in pain. I appreciate the printout of the exercises (and if you do them, you heal faster) & I never feel like anything else but a valued client. I decided to come here again even tho CPT doesn't take Medicare because the level of service, knowledge, & care is worth paying out of pocket. read more

This is the worst physical therapy place ever management is so rude Janice the owner gets mad and shouts and is very rude to clients. She shouted on the phone to me and was very rude and also believes when she has time she'll get to the client Janice also got mad because of her secretary not being there due to her being on vacation that she has to pick up the phone now she even said that on the phone with me and that's why she was shouting. It was very rude, again this is the owner, her name is Janice this physical therapy environment does not help people in a positive way they barely pick up the phone and when they do pick up the phone, they shout and are very rude to others. When I was on Worker's Comp, this was the location that the doctor sent me to for my physical therapy. I was very pleased with their service. They are very efficient (physically, scheduling, handling paperwork, dealing with insurance & your employers, and very informational). Whenever I set up an appointment, I never have to wait long. Their staff and receptionist are very friendly & helpful. I enjoyed coming here, but my company only granted me for six physical therapy sessions. I wouldn't mind getting injured and coming back here again. read more

They were exceedingly rude when it came to matters of billing. I called on a Tuesday at 11:30 to pay my bill and any cancellation fees in good faith since I had a raging and chronic eye infection that didn't let up for days, which sent me to the ER. The woman on the phone rheemed me about the matter regardless about my offer to pay them for it. I will never go there again and advise anyone to think twice about doing the same. I called five times and only to hit their voice mail. She said 'there is always a phone.' Yes, there is. But what good is it if you don't answer it. Janice is in-human and "everyone" run for the hills, away from this condescending business owner. She slammed the door in my face because I told her not to touch my skin/forhead w/ the dirty thermometer that she was trying to take a forehead temperature. Her instrument wasn't working and she kept probing me with that $1.00 thermometer. I showed her my vaccination card with 3 Pfizer injections but she was insistent with a temperature screen. What's so horrid, is that I'm a nurse (RN) and this lady is a real joke. Now, to the real bad part. I show up for my appointment 30 minutes before and she "yells" she never got the authorization. I had confirmed she had the authorization last week but she stated she didn't have the script. Before I came, I called my provider to fax the script. Now, it's the authorization. I finally stated I would pay for the visit today until we get the authorization and she stated "okay, great" because your insurance only pays me a mere $65.00. I believe she made all this up at the last minute to trick me into paying her, she's a crook! Here I am standing in pain and she can't organize her records or have the mental aptitude to learn how to take a temperature. Maybe she should go and practice on that dog in her photo's. I never got treated and I had to limp away in pain. She had a one week window to get a simple document that takes 24 hours. read more

Been going here for the past 6 weeks. Alyssa, Tony, and Janice have been working on my neck, right shoulder and arm from a major car accident I was involved in 12 weeks ago. They treat you like family, and are easy to talk to, which in turn makes you relax and feel at ease while they work on you. Samantha the receptionist is funny and helpful to. I crossed paths with this physical therapy office due to a frozen shoulder injury. Janice and her team are absolutely amazing, pleasant, amiable, and make you feel at home while you are being treated. They are very accommodating as well, considering I was late once and even missed an appointment another time (which is not my norm, but due to the fact that I was working a graveyard shift, it threw me off). Having said that, Janice went out of her way to squeeze me in whenever it was possible for me. The staff goes out of their way to render time, energy, and the outmost customer service. I came here in 1999-2000 for knee rehab. They did a great job for my knee and my shoulder after I was involved in a major accident and surgery.
