They have sent the physical report 4 times ! So, I've been waiting in pain for over a month to get in either a neurologist because of their lack of competence!!!

The physician Dr. Reiley Jones had AMAZING bedside manner! Despite my mother being in pain she was able to laugh. After her diagnosis she was treated. I'm a NP in the process of learning joint injections and he took the time to show me his technique and explain the process as he injected my mother. With the exam, X-ray, and treatment, we were out by 9:55.

He put a screw that was too big to be where it was and it hit my bone with every step. My bone healed short and he never told me even though we found out later it was in my records. However Dr. Lendermon is really fantastic and replaced my son's humerus after a bad car accident and performed a minesectomy on my knee on an old skiing injury. She made both of completely better and did excellent post operative care. She has been our orthopod for 20+ years and really knows her stuff! They have a crack staff and perform complete orthopedic and sports medicine services right down to making wedges for your shoes and physical therapy. Highly recommended!!!

She's warm, caring, and practical, and her priority is to get you right as quickly as possible. While that sounds like what everyone in her field should be doing, she is truly exceptional. I have been seeing her for about 4 years now, and through that time, she has helped me with knee, foot, and hamstring injuries. I was first referred to Lendermon Sports Medicine by someone who Dr. Lendermon had been able to resolve help with a leg injury without surgery. She was able to do the same thing for me with a knee injury - a brace instead of the surgery recommended by a well-known local orthopedic firm. Since then, she has helped with a fractured foot, finding damage another doctor missed and helping to treat it appropriately, as well as hamstring issues. Each time, she is knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Sometimes the wait can be a little bit, as with all doctors, but she takes the time with each patient to make sure she gets it right. It is well worth it.

This knee was dislocated last year so the Dr. Should have been aware of my history. I came in with blood pressure 158/91. I asked if it may be due to poor circulation in that knee but they told me to wait to hear from the Dr. First, he tried to tell me my dislocation happened to my right knee based off their reports. The reports were incorrect. It was my left. They only did an x-ray... that only gets the skeletal... not tissue, possible blood clots, etc. He doesn't see anything wrong he just felt it was inflammation. He recommended two things that will make my blood pressure highER. I asked him which is best because my BP was high already. He responded as if he didn't read any of my vitals before coming in. Needless to say, I'm in the ER . Great front desk. Not so sure about the Doctors. I hope they realize that you think you can have people constantly coming to you that invoice/income doing patch work... not me... if I'm not confident in your practice, I'm gone.

My pain is real and they were going to find the answers. I just had my second surgery and am finally founding relief from all my leg pain. While I was in recovery, I experienced what was thought to be a side effect from anesthesia, Dr Campion came over to check it out and kept me longer to make sure it was subsiding. Some of the office staff leave something to be desired, but I find that at most clinics in Memphis. This does need to be addressed as they are the front line of the patient experience.
