I was referred to ETC by my doctor and scheduled for 12 visits to help with an ankle injury. When I…read morecalled to schedule my first appointment, they were very helpful and offered to email the preliminary paperwork to me so I could fill it out ahead of time. They worked with me to schedule my appointments so there was minimal time missed at the office and even provided a courtesy "reminder" call 24 hours in advance of each appointment. My injury left me with a large, golf ball size knot on my shin which after five weeks in a walking boot, was not going away. The thought of this knot being a permanent part of my leg was devastating, but after approx. five visits with Jay, it was gone! Jay, the physical therapist, has a wonderful demeanor, good sense of humor and professional attitude. He was sure to talk me through each step of the therapy including why he was doing it and the result it would have. I actually looked forward to my visits and when my twelve visits were complete, my ankle was back to normal. I've had no problems and continue to do the at-home exercises Jay suggested to get my strength back. I will not hesitate to recommend ETC in Blue Springs and although I hope I never have a need to return, I would look forward to it.
