Some CNAs are just lazy and not professionally trained well that when I need them to come and clean my poops bucket, they did not want to rinse the poops bucket, instead they just empty it by dumping the poops into the toilet bowl without at least rinse the dirty and smelly bucket first, and the black female CNAs just put a plastic bag as a liner over the bucket???!!! Very disgusting and unsanitized behavior and unprofessional with an attitude when you ask her to do the right way of cleaning the bucket, she gave me the excuse of saying she is not a maid??!! I was so shocked, trust me even if I need a maid that I wouldn't even consider her as an candidate!!! Oh. NO, NEVER!!!! The food here is very disgusting and nasty most of the times!!! I have to get ordered food from outside, from restaurants or from home!!! I would took them an hour to come to response to you calls to clean my poops bucket!!! They just acted like ghost fading away for a long time and came back with excuses of they were changing shifts that kinds of nonsense all the times!!!

The filthy was and smelled of feces and urine and we would have to ask for toilet paper and for his bathroom to be cleaned. This was very important because he had a MERSA like infection. It was also horrible the way they neglected the other patients. I would not send my dog to this facility.

I had a friend who stayed here for a few weeks after he was in the hospital. His initial intention…read morewas to go to the gold coast location because it is closer to his residence in the Mag Mile/Gold Coast area. Because there weren't any rooms available at that particular time, (I guess because they are usually pretty full- who knows) they promised him that they could accommodate him in one week later and offer him a room at the South Loop location until that time. When I visited him there for the first time I was really confused because it looks like the hotel. I thought maybe I was in the wrong building. His therapy went really well and the care was second to none. This is what I felt and this is what his family felt. He really did not want to leave when his room at the Gold Coast location was available in fact he stayed a week longer. I think that says a lot about the place and the staff. He only agreed to switch locations because it it was closer to his family and friends who mostly don't drive. Bottom line is that he was treated with the utmost care by the staff and I feel like they went above and beyond every day to make his life better and to ultimately get him back home. The one drawback that I remember is that, at the time, there was a brand-new therapy gym under construction that he didn't get to use. His therapy quality was not affected though because he was improving the heck of a lot every time I saw him. I saw him 2 times a week if i recall coreectly Im going to to go back to check on the therapy gym...just out of curiosity :)

All of the staff work well together and everyone is treated with respect while taking their jobs very seriously. I never thought I would enjoy physical therapy but I look forward to the time I spend there. Very positive and very productive!

Ok, I got better but…read moredidn't know why so I could prevent another problem with my lower back. I am kind of frustrated that I paid a lot of insurance and medical savings monies to get better but not know why or how. This rehab center works on you but doesn't want you to know why or how your getting better. My frustration is that I could get in trouble again and be good for their business but not so much for my health. I hope management improves their counseling with their therapy. They do really care about your well-being. There's an app to follow with your home exercise, which is nice. Office is good - open 7am on weekdays so you can maybe sneak in before work. Not too crowded so you get hands-on treatment. They work with insurance and are able to help with billing issues if needed. Haley, Jess and the team go above and beyond. Strong recommendation.

I was recovering from a herniated disc and having a tough summer, but got a lot of help from this place and another healing studio down the street. I don't think I could have recovered as well if not for the Western and Eastern one-two punch between them both. The facility was always very tidy, smelled nice thanks to their generous use of MuscleMx CBD balm which I love! I've turned other people on to this stuff and everyone loves it. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, mostly young women. They have interns sometimes too. I was sad when my favorite intern Joanna graduated! I love how they use so many different modalities and a lot of care combos to get relief and help build strength. You start with some warmups on the machines, then exercises and then a little muscle manipulation, massage or even dry needling. The dry needling was what finally helped get me back to better health! I didn't realize just how high quality this place was until I witnessed my partner get PT elsewhere (Thanks for nothing union HMO!) And saw just how little other chain outfits do. This place genuinely helps you get better! Parking can be a little tough if you're in pain and it's busy, but for the most part metered street parking isn't too bad. Accessibility wise there seems to be plenty of space though they did mention they're not equipped to assist extreme levels of incapacitation. I was able to walk with assists but the first time or two I was still using a wheelchair out of fear of pain. The one negative is that they're smack in the middle of the block so you'll have to go about a half block either way to get to the curb ramp.
