The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
