Upon moving my furniture out of the unit I noticed mold growing on some of it. The units used to look a lot nicer now they seem to be very neglected. I will not recommend to anyone.

The company centralizes its sales and marketing into a single office in NY leaving the local people free to focus on operations (makes sense). The NY folks were very helpful, and the local operator was responsive as well. We would DEFINITELY look to use these people for any of our future storage needs.
