No letter. No email. No kind of communication that there was an issue with my locker. Have been told several times it would be looked into. Have been told I would get call backs. I have received one call back and it was to tell me there was no information. I drove over 5 hours to find out I couldn't get into my unit. I don't even know if my stuff is still in there, or if I'm paying for someone else's stuff at the moment.

I'm out the end of this month. Not only the wild increases but there have been petitions regarding the temperature controlled units not being controlled and the doors to the indoor units not closing. Stay away, drive the extra couple of miles for a unit with stable pricing.
