That's great that your house sells or the sale is pending but I think taking it off of the roster of open houses is the least you can do so people don't waste their time. Three different cars (including us) all pulled up at the same time for one today just after the posted start time and none were very happy to see that a sale pending sign had been put up. Not the best way to make an impression and I'll likely overlook open house listings by them in the future just because of this track record they're amassing.

Working with him was like working with a razor-smart, compassionate, and at times brutally honest best friend. This man could kick all of their rears, and he made our house look simply amazing. Not only that but he was incredibly diligent and savvy in pricing the property so that we could come away with the most money possible. And when our house sold in THREE days, he was right there waiting to take us out to look for our new house. We spent a lot of time with him over two days, one of which was attended by our very young (and whiny!) children. He handled it all with such kindness, humor and grace. He even made us stop at Dairy Queen one afternoon so he could buy my 4-year-old daughter ice cream! He listened intensely to our desires and requirements and helped us find the perfect new home. He even helped us meet the new neighbors! I just have nothing but wonderful things to say about JP Faulkner and his team. Real estate transactions can be fraught and this has been a dream process. I knew nothing about the process as a first time home buyer. I was moving across the country and was unfamiliar with the area. When I flew in to town I had issues with my rental car and they took me everywhere I needed to go from my AirB&B to their office, to homes we walked through, and even to my onboarding appointments for work over several days! When I went home the work did not stop for them. We were virtual house hunting all day every day trying to find a home for our babies before we had to move out to Columbus for my first job as a doctor this summer. Being April, the market was crazy. Every time a house came up in our desired area it was there for hours to a few days, no longer. Debbie and/or Kelley dropped whatever they were doing, weekend, weekday, didn't matter, to see the houses we were interested in and send videos every time we asked. The house we bought was only on the market for a few hours. I called and told Kelley I NEEDED that house. I mean it had a rock wall for my kids and was walking distance to the hospital I am working at... We decided to sell our home in Clintonville " For Sale By Owner". It took almost three full days to get a response. They made a counter offer. We made a counter offer within an hour. That was Friday at 5:30pm. No word Saturday. No word Sunday by 4:30pm. I called my agent who called Mr. West. The reason there was no response was because he had yet to submit our counter-offer. No excuses, just he had not gotten around to it yet. I asked about my recourse and was told there is none. Today, that is just not true. I strongly recommend staying away from Patrick West as he clearly does not represent the best interest of his clients. You make up you own mind about Keller Williams of Greater Columbus, as they claim he is one of their best.
