Furthermore, many of these requests were submitted a long time ago, a fact that can be readily proven and demonstrated. In the preceding 12 months or so, only in one single occasion, I was contacted via phone by the management firm. That phone call took place due to the fact that management firm had a question regarding an unknown vehicle parked near my unit. The allegation regarding the door jamb is particularly ludicrous. The vendor contacted me only once and never responded to my subsequent emails. Moreover, the vendor (Able Roofing) eventually only contacted me once I posted a review of my experience with them on Yelp (by the way, that review is up on Yelp; anyone can verify it) -- previously, they simply did not respond my emails. Therefore, the management firm ('The Twenty Seven Group') did absolutely nothing to do address the situation. Subsequently the vendor stated that he went to the property and, while speaking with me by phone, indicated that my presence was not necessary. He further stated that he would have his team properly repair the door jamb; however, that the vendor never contacted me again. By the way, my recollection of events are also backed by the fact all my phone calls are recorded.

I attempted to pay my bill by submitting an electronic check online for $500--twice the monthly amount--so I could cover both this month's and next month's HOA fees. Unfortunately, the payment was applied to the wrong account. (For reasons I still don't understand, my household is split into two accounts--one for yearly fees and one for monthly fees.) I immediately called and requested that the $500 be transferred from the yearly account to the monthly account. A ticket was created, but I now see that it has been marked as closed even though the funds were never moved. As a result, the money remains stuck in the yearly account, where it will not be applied for over two years. I called again today, and another request was submitted, but I have no confidence this will be addressed given what has already happened. In the meantime, I am being forced to make yet another payment out of pocket just to avoid late fees--despite already paying more than I owed. This is unacceptable. I need this issue resolved immediately by transferring the $500 into the correct account so it can be applied as intended.

She was kind, thorough, and after me making multiple calls she remained responsive, and truly dedicated to her craft of initiating care, support, and understanding. On this day! Today! When they first met me they came to my home to see the property first hand and understand what they had to work with. They took care of preparing the property for the market with cleaning and repairs. They listed and showed the property, and vetted the applicants quite thoroughly. They even rejected ta few applicants because they could not pass the background check. This is reassuring since it lets you know they are carefully evaluating whoever applies. If something needs fixing or the tenants are late with payment they respond quickly. On a few occasions they made repairs that were inexpensive. They are efficient at contacting me via email or phone when we need to talk about something. Their fee schedule is very competitive as well. I would recommend PCF Resources to anybody.
