The core of the staff was the same group that helped me years ago, and the whole team seemed to enjoy working together to help me get into the best car for me. From their helpful website I had already picked the car I wanted, and I was able to research its history from the Carfax info right on their website. Both times they gave me any info I wanted, but NO PRESSURE at all. Four dealerships in Gainesville had the car I wanted, same year, similar miles, so I could really compare. Magic Imports was $1,500 - 2,000 lower than everyone else, AND great and friendly service too! We've bought cars at some of the bigger dealerships, spent HOURS and my wife and I said at the end, "We should have just walked away - they added so much that we weren't expecting." NOT SO at Magic Imports - no bad surprises, just very helpful, smooth, fair dealing. I've been telling all my friends to go to them if they're looking for a great, fair deal on a used car!!

I stopped by here just to see what they had. I found a used In great Condition Mazda with 80K miles for a great price. Justin was communicative and allowed me to take the car to be inspected by my mechanics & test drive it alone (Which I prefer, I dislike small talk car rides with salespeople honestly) which was a green flag to me after going to so many dealerships. I stayed to see what an out the door price would be, especially because they have no dealers fee! dealers fees are a big drawback as to why I've been searching high and low and turning away from sales for $1-3K dealer fees tagged on... Justin was approachable, earnest and realistic. As a young woman it has been difficult finding a dealership/ dealer that is not pushy, weird, or unprofessional. I greatly appreciated his salesmanship style and appreciate how he and his wife are involved in the business together. I will check back in to this review at a later time to update it in terms of how the car is doing. :) First 1,000 miles has been smooth.

When we received it, the generator didnt work, the refrigerator didnt work, there was a missing window, 2 different water leaks (tank and bathroom), no patio fencing (included with the model), bugs all over it, and a host of other things.
