Instead we used a huge national company. In our defense, we didn't know about Boss Energy when we made our choice and the big company looked like a local company because the sales person was a local person we had met socially. Things went pretty well for the first year but then the big company went belly up and our "friend" ghosted us. Now the system has shut itself down and our customer service person at Berkeley Electric suggested we call Boss Energy. Jared answered the phone (what- an actual human??
