They have called almost weekly very early in the morning to "follow up". This is absolutely insane! We have asked multiple times for them to quit calling. I finally blocked them on the phone and thought that was the end of it. But, no! I got a new phone last week and within less than 24 hours they were calling me again.

Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions. Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed. Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in. Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions. I'm sure I'll be using Echo Systems for my home video needs in the future.

Sellhorst should understand that REPEAT customers or long-term customers have already established trust. NEW customers have NO basis to gauge their trustworthiness and therefore may be doubtful, inquisitive, and less trusting like me. When is the last time you, or anyone you know, walked into a dealership and trusted EVERYTHING the salesman said because after all, they were the HOMETOWN dealership and they would NEVER be deceitful? How ludicrous is the notion but that is how this business came across when I called to express a few concerns after the install. Luckily, all was resolved but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Price = Cheap Equipment = Excellent Smartphone Technology = Excellent Customer Service = Meh I've experienced better. They also won't give us our Microsoft 365 passwords. Everyone in our office has called, emailed, and texted. No reply. We are in the process of working with our lawyer, authorities and other IT companies as we have found out is illegal for them to hijack us like this. We are also suspicious that they have been on our PCs remotely as we have witnessed activity when we aren't controlling the PC and when we asked them about it we of course got no reply.

I cold called Burton on Monday morning at 8am and was exceedingly lucky to have Steve at my residence by 8:30am. He swiftly diagnosed the issue, walked me through various repair options and price points (zero upselling) and I found the pricing to be competitive. He had the entire sewer line replaced with new pump, hardware and applicable pipe in about 3-hours which greatly brought me peace of mind. Even better they offer a standard 2-yr warranty on parts and labor and while he did not expect the need, he encouraged me to call if there was any issue with his repair in the future.
