My kitchen faucet broke and caused water to leak all down under the sink ruining the flooring in the cabinet. I contacted Lawrence and he responded promptly. I sent him a picture of the damage done and he gave me a ballpark figure over the phone. He was able to come out the very next morning and replaced the flooring under the sink. Lawrence showed up to inspect my listing in the Hayward Hills. He had lots of equipment, sensing electronics, safety gear for working under the house, lighting and what looked like a hazmat suit..lol. If there is something that needs to be found, he will find it. We were pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable quote he offered as the buyer's agent had obtained another quote that was not realistic and inflated. This review is long overdue. Lawrence was hired a couple months back to inspect wood damage on the subfloor of a home that I recently moved into. The carpets were already demo'd since the previous owner had let their pets to freely bombard the carpeted area with urine. We wanted to ensure that there was no fungus or other organisms on the subfloor, before we cover it up with new carpet. Lawrence did a thorough job inspecting the subfloor. Thankfully he did not find any serious issue. At the end he didn't accept my payment for the inspection. He said that it turned out to be a quick inspection and so he didn't think it was fair for accepting payment for it. It's hard to find folks like Lawrence these days. I did read about prior reviewers who mentioned that Lawrence has a high degree of integrity and ethics. I can truly attest to that now.
