Interestingly, the room had a board facing my bed where doctors and nurses wrote pertinent information and instructions. I'm now a proud owner of a very successful 4mmx28mm STENT. Discharge process was satisfactory and I was sent home with an information packet and required meds prescriptions. Overall I had a very positive live saving experience.

Lo and behold I did indeed have a mild case, a very good thing to fix to get healthy. If you have a heart condition you owe it to yourself to research EECP. For many, many people, with diet and exercise and lifestyle changes supporting, it can help the body create a natural bypass that makes a stent or bypass surgery unnecessary. It is a crying shame that it is not used more often as the FIRST resort for more people - saving surgery as the last resort.

He personally supervised some of my in-hospital testing, something I don't think I've ever experienced in my years of helping my parents navigate their hospital stays. I would frequently hear his voice down the hall and the nurses would joke about his intensity, always with fondness and respect. On visits as a patient at Cardio Texas, I again hear his voice echoing up and down the halls as I wait for my turn in my exam room. The man never seems to slow down. His NP assistant Beth and nurse Lori have been faultless from the beginning. I've never had any significant problems with scheduling or any other aspect of my experience as a patient. I believe Dr. Chafizadeh is one of the principal doctor/partners in the Cardio Texas practice. From what I've experienced, I would presume excellence from any of the doctors associated with Cardio Texas. She focuses on the medical as well as psychological aspects of matters impacting the patient and has excellent communication to the patient and family members. They also coordinate extremely well with the staff of the SNF and recommend and then coordinate specialty care. The caregiver has basically stabilized the whole situation for our loved one and the family. And coordinate a very complex surgery and recovery. I wish I could rate higher than 6 stars.
