The cards arrived with obvious white borders around every single card, completely ruining the clean, professional look we needed. Their instructions on bleed were vague at best. They told us to "add extra to the height and width" for a standard 3.5" x 2" card -- but gave no clear explanation, no clear specific dimensions. How are non-designers supposed to know what that means? Worse yet, there was no warning during the order process. Any decent printer would at least flag issues like this before running the job. When we reached out for support, they refused to offer a refund or even a reprint -- despite the cards being unusable and the fault lying in their failure to provide clear, accessible guidance. We're now stuck with a full batch of poorly trimmed business cards that reflect badly on our company. I would not recommend Digital Lizard to anyone -- especially not small businesses or individuals without print design experience. They offer no help, no accountability, and no customer service when things go wrong.

The USPS website will give you an error when you try to change your address to the one assigned by Sasquatch. Apparently there is one address for Sasquatch customers, and each gets their own "suite" number, but USPS website won't allow a suite number at the address. You have to go to the Post Office in person to make the change. I am an expat and can't do that until I visit the US. So YOU HAVE TO ACTIVATE THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE US. That being said, customer service was pretty responsive to my calls and emails with my multiple questions. They refunded my payment promptly when we found out that I could not forward my mail to them. They very helpfully pointed out that the phone service that was included with the service I chose had to be cancelled separately, or I would have continued to be charged for it. So they won't try to fool you into spending money that you don't need to. Thanks, Sasquatch, and if I don't find another solution before I visit the US, I will try again!
