The room was small, but beautiful. The bed a bit too firm, but didn't keep me from sleeping well. Lots of storage if you need it, and a clean, lovely bathroom. The bar and restaurant were great, good food, and a breakfast was included with my room. I will absolutely stay here again when I fly in/out of Malpensa!

I dropped off my rental car after checking in for one night, and now I don't have to worry abt anything other than catching my shuttle in the morning. They picked me up after my rental dropoff 10 min after calling the front desk. Rooms are a contrast being recently renovated to the most modern looks and functionality. I am impressed! The restaurant deserves its own Yelp as it has a very fancy menu and served very professionally. The quality of food is amazing and the presentation is very artistic. I will most certainly chose this hotel on my next visit as it is not just convenient and affordable but a spectacular site on its own merits. There is a ballroom in highly decorated renaissance style with painted vaulted ceilings and great outdoor areas that are perfect for special events such as weddings!

Just one night here at the very end of our week-long jaunt through Northern Italy. This hotel…read moreworked out quite well as it is not too far from the airport (which we had to visit TWICE) and they have a full service restaurant. Self-service parking was free. I was hoping for an upgrade due to my Hilton Diamond status but we were assigned a regular room and that's okay. We actually got a single king bed as opposed to the double beds that I requested in the reservation. Thankfully, they were able to get housekeeping to prepare the proper room immediately and also provided a coupon for two free drinks while we waited. The prosecco went down quite nicely, thank you. Finally, a fully-enclosed shower. After hotels in Verona, Florence and Turin that all had the weird European half-enclosed shower, this was an unexpected plus. And despite the hotel being quite busy with a football/soccer team and at least two flight crews, the room was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Dinner in the evening in the hotel bar was good. My traveling buddy had a cheeseburger that he enjoyed and I was too tired for all of that and just had a bowl of fries with mayo. Very European. In the morning, a full breakfast buffet with American, English and European style offerings. All well prepared and the staff were constantly clearing tables and resetting. Note: This hotel is near the Malpensa airport which is 30 miles from Milan city center and either an hour drive or an hour train to Milano Porta Garibaldi https://www.yelp.com/biz/milano-porta-garibaldi-milano-3. You do not want this hotel for exploring Milan! [Review 17078 overall - 265 in Italy - 594 of 2022.]

I arrived hangry after a 4 hour drive from South Tyrol. I arrived into to parking structure that was very small and only one available space. Try parking a SUV with the standard European narrow parking spaces with beams to hold up the ceiling with no adequate space to move in any direction. After checking in, I arrived to my smallish room. I checked out my map and no places to eat in close proximity or shopping for that matter. There was no way in hell I was going to get the car out of the parking garage again until I left for good. We ended up eating lunch at the hotel and was quite excited when I saw a burger on the menu. I wasn't excited anymore after eating that burger. It was terrible. On a positive note, I was given a discount on the meal for being a Hilton Honors members with status. We ended eating dinner at the hotel as well and the dinner was no good. Both the food and the service were bad. Again, we were given a discount for being Hilton Honors members with status. The hotel filled the need for a bed, a shower and WiFi. There was visible mold growing in the shower tiles. Check out was easy and fortunately I was able to get the car out of the parking garage without issue. Two stars.

We were seated in a beautifully decorated which was completely silent. There wasn't any friendly chatter with the servers. It was a very " serious" , without joy experience. I was served a tuna dish that didn't have any flavor. I pointed it out to the server and he said, "I understand" and nothing was done. I would not go back, there are too many other exceptional options.

While the hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, our experience unfortunately did not match the…read moresurroundings, nor did it align with the overwhelmingly positive reviews we had read on Google and TripAdvisor. Our dining experience in particular fell significantly short of expectations--especially considering the three Michelin star rating. I have dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants, including many with three stars, and unfortunately, this was well below even one-star standards in terms of both cuisine and service. For context, in the week prior to our visit, we dined at two different two-Michelin-starred restaurants, both of which provided far superior culinary experiences. Below is a summary of the issues we encountered: * Wine pairing: Poorly matched and inadequately explained. The sommelier's descriptions were difficult to hear, and the selections seemed obscure and mismatched to the dishes (e.g., a Nebbiolo-style red with fish). The pairing did not represent good value and gave the impression of cost-cutting rather than quality. * Lack of flexibility: We were told the wine pairing could not be removed from the package despite my partner being unwell and not wanting to drink alcohol. This was a disappointing and rigid approach in the circumstances. * Menu inflexibility: Requests for alternative dishes, despite the kitchen clearly having the necessary ingredients (e.g. beef rather than lamb), were declined without explanation. * Dismissive communication: Staff made confusing remarks, such as referencing an inability to send frogs' legs to our room--despite no such request ever having being made. * Basic service failures: Salt and pepper were repeatedly removed from our table, requiring us to request them multiple times. Staff also made multiple attempts to clear unfinished wine glasses. * Unacknowledged departure: My partner left mid-meal due to illness and dissatisfaction. It would have been appropriate and appreciated had some gesture at least been made in respect of this. * When I asked for one more of the small Petit fours croissants a few minutes after they were brought out, I was told the kitchen was closed. These are clearly pre-prepared items, so this response felt unnecessarily inflexible. I also pointed out that my partner's petit fours (included in her dinnner) had not been served, but was again told the kitchen was closed, with no further explanation provided or resolution offered. Altogether, the experience felt frustrating and at times petty. This was surprising and disappointing given the cost. For €2,500 for dinner and overnight accommodation, we expected a refined and memorable experience. Unfortunately, this was not delivered. The service was inflexible, inattentive, and lacking in the generosity and professionalism one expects at a three Michelin star venue. The hotel side of our stay was somewhat better. Overall staff were professional and helpful, although at 1,500 euros per night, one would expect that. However, there were concerning lapses. There appeared to be no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room, and as a result, a cleaner entered without knocking while my partner was still asleep. Even if it was close to check-out time, we had not yet left, and this lack of basic courtesy and privacy was unacceptable. It is not appropriate to walk in without knocking. We could easily have been in a private or vulnerable situation.
