One call I got from them actually threatened to hurt my credit because of a supposed missed payment to them. They said they could remove some hard inquiries from my credit report over 6 months and I agreed to pay them 600$ to do it over that time. I assumed they we're doing their job and checked my credit report every now and then - yet the inquiries still remained. They proved incredibly difficult to get in touch with - anytime you call them they just parrot back your scores (which you can see yourself online). When I asked for the CEO he failed to provide an ETA and told me to check back in a month. Well, over a month has passed and the hard inquiries still remain At this point I will just wait for the hard inquiries to go away with time. They do not deliver results. Stay away. 600$ down the drain
