There is a reason every review is a 5 *. I called a large AC company in Havasu to come check out my unit. They quoted me 4 figures to fix it. I called Semper Air for a second opinion, since over $1000 seemed insane. First thing, Semper Air are actually nice and polite to talk to. (Not really a make or break it for me, but it was pleasant dealing with a polite professional scheduler). Second thing, they are decently priced for service calls and they are responsive on communication. Third, they are actually reasonably priced for the parts and labor. Last and MOST important; Kyle seems to me from our first and only interaction so far, as a good and decent guy. This guy is not going to sell you things that you do not need just to make money off you. From what I can tell a fair and honest business man. I'm a first time customer with Semper Air and must say that I'm quite impressed with the company . I placed a phone call early this morning and spoke with Lauren and she was very attentive to my questions and reassured me of a prompt response from their Tech Kyle !!!He actually showed up 1 hour earlier than anticipated and was very diligent with the repair. He actually gave me more details on how some parts fail from all the activity but still reassured me my unit was repairable instead of trying to convince me to dive into maybe a 10,000.00 expense. I cannot say enough good things about Kyle & Semper Air! Our A/C unit in our vacation rental just was not keeping the house cool enough during the hot summer months. I called Semper Air based on some reviews and a forum that mentioned this company. Kyle picked up the phone and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me to understand the issues on a Sunday afternoon. He was ready to drop everything he was doing to come out right away but since the house was empty he encouraged me to wait until Monday so I didn't need to pay the after hours fee. Wow...who does that? Nice of him to save me the extra money. I called the office on Monday & was greeted by Lauren, who is his wife and she set me up right away. Kyle came out & called me so we could talk while he looked over the system. Bottom line is the work the previous owner had done was very subpar and was causing the cooling issues. He went through a lot of options but we came to the agreement a mini split was the best and most cost effective solution. He scheduled an install day within as few days and his crew came out and did a fantastic job! We were there for a long weekend and there was a large rain downpour one night which caused a pretty big water leak around our roof vent. I was not sure who to talk to about getting this fixed immediately. Kyle was coming out to meet me this morning to inspect the system and I asked him if there was any chance he could take a look at the roof. He said no problem! He hustled up on the roof and noted 3 locations where the roof was leaking. He applied some sealer...problem solved! I don't think many other companies would go the extra mile like Kyle & Semper air!
