I asked them to call corporate for help they would not and said I could not take my merchandise back with me!!! I was so upset when leaving that store. Went into the store and saw that they have offers for both concealed carry classes and also for NRA gun safety courses. This shows me that this store and its owner are not just about making money, but making it about people being safe gun owners. This is a great thing. The store is well stocked and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a nice range of prices on the handguns so there are guns available for all buyers, from the new handgun owner to the experienced. I spoke with Brandon, who was the owner. He was very informative and took the time to discuss my wants and needs. There were absolutely no pushy sales tactics which was nice. I ended up with a barely used CZ 75D (pictured). I also spoke with Anthony, who works in the shop but also owns Pritchard Arms (located at the front of the store). We discussed laser engraving, stippling, and a custom holster (which I purchased). The overall process was so great that I returned a few weeks later to purchase my new Tavor SAR (also pictured).
