I wanna highlight this recent Fourth of July. We had a personal error where we left our pool open during a storm and it was in very very bad shape just a few hours before a Fourth of July party that we were hosting. Caesars was able to get somebody to come clean the pool on Saturday the Fourth of July, which was a huge, huge help and saver for our party. This company has been very, very responsible and helpful maintaining our Pool and Spa for four years. I would definitely recommend Dave and Jen. They're doing a great job with the company.

They are 20ish minutes away so I'd be paying $150 for them to drive to me. This is absurd. I was initially quoted around $200 total. Sue informed me that it could be $700!!! When I asked when I could be scheduled she told me that she couldn't give me a date and it would be at least another two weeks. Very poor experience. I'm extremely frustrated and will be telling everyone I know not to use Lakeside Pool Services

They've been great at fixing the wide variety of service issues that seem to arise inevitably with a pool. Our weekly pool cleaner, Tarryl, is always friendly and helpful and we definitely like working with him. Typically our pool problems seem to come up at odd times and usually need to be dealt with right away . The Four Seasons service guys are very competent; which was absolutely not true of our former pool company. I give Four Seasons a two thumbs up!

There are a few things that struggled after the harsh winter, but Nature's Way contacted US to get them replaced this year. The team was quick and efficient and the whole process was very easy. The blue print and ideas they presented were perfectly suited to what we were looking for and we still can't believe what a difference the investment in professional landscaping has done for our curb appeal. We were reluctant to spend what we did on landscaping, but having worked with Nature's Way over the past year, it was worth EVERY penny. They're wonderful. Highly, highly recommend.

Was having problems with my toilet backing up into my tub and sink . The tub was filled with very…read morediscusting toilet poo. Called All pro they camr out the next day. The guy put a rag in the bathtub to keep from coming up the hole when he took the toilet out. He ran a snake down it than went out che checked something ran the snake some more went out and check something than told me the pipe was frozen and that there was nothing else they could do. He put the toilet back(which i had to redo because it rocked like a rocking chair) than said it would be $671 i said for what for running the snake pulling my toilet off leaving my tub full of poop water. Than after i stupidly paid he said he could bring a heater out for $1600 to unthaw the pipe i told him no you didnt fix it aftet the $671 whos to say your going to fix it for $1600. We spent 2hrs working on it after they left the pipe was not frozen. Ran a snake down it from both sides. Finally got the toilet to flush and able to get the poop water out of my tub. Worked for a few days and back to the same thing. I call All Pros services talked to Lesile and she told me could send someone back out wouldn't charge a service call I told her your not going to charge me anything because you didn't fix the problem in the first place all she could say is well we won"t know till he comes back out I said no you took enough of my money and did not fix the problem. I asked for a refund and she said well we can"t do that I said why you didn't fix it so I shouldn"t have to pay. I had a terrible experience with CoverCare…read more The cover CoverCare installed does not fully retract - like the cover that was replaced. The cover CoverCare installed has a large crease in it - unlike the cover that was replaced. The cover CoverCare installed does not operate smoothly - unlike the way the cover that was replaced functioned for years until it got old and brittle and was in need of replacement. CoverCare tried to blame its mistakes by saying the entire system needed to be replace. False. The motor was replaced two years earlier, all the pulleys, rope and bearings were replaced the year before. So now, I have to sue CoverCare to get my money back. I would give a negative rating, but Yelp requires at least one star.
