They have great bedside manners and understand how to address important topics such as weight, healthy eating, and academics in a manner that is receptive to children. She always goes all results and makes my son feel very comfortable. It is usually very easy to get an appointment and the wait time is only 10-15 minutes. I was referred to him by a friend - so to say he met my expectations is a understatement. His staff are warm and welcoming. They provide with formula if needed- they book your appointments in advance. But unfortunately the doctors are oblivious to its admin staffs actions. Called to simply make an annual check up for my daughter and the phone was busy from opening time of 8:30am and stayed busy -9am. At 9:01am they started to actually answer the phone and said, pediatrics is busy can you hold a moment? I said yes, at 9:30am I hung up and called again. She answered immediately which means my 30 mins hold was all for nothing as I was forgotten on hold. I'll never get my 30 mins of my life wasted back! I asked for an appointment and they said to call back next month! WTF!!!? I'm at the mercy of these people! What else can I do other than share my numerous frustrations with their admin staff! Maybe one of them who cares about customer service will try and make things better and try to alleviate the level of incompetence that currently exists. Who knows maybe a doctor of the practice will actually read their Yelp reviews. It maybe time to change practices regardless of their great doctors. One time my daughter's basic data wouldn't even show up in their system. Last week I brought my daughter's school form for the doctor to sign, and I go to pick it up after a week, and they can't find it. They have misplaced the form even though I had explicitly asked them not to lose it when I dropped it off. What's worse, the exact same thing happened last year. It really boggles my mind how a doctor's office can be so bad at basic filing system. It seems they just don't care about patients, which is disappointing. Pls improve.

I wish we had chosen Happy & Healthy from the beginning, but glad we made the switch when we did, as we now have a lifelong relationship with the practice. The staff at Happy & Healthy have been absolutely wonderful. So much so that we've recommended Dr. Rubin & her team to many other families. The staff are kind, caring, compassionate, and many of them parents themselves, so they truly understand and are able to answer effectively any questions you have about your child's care. No question is too ridiculous - they never make you feel bad for asking anything and are very clear when answering your questions. They even have a wealth of resources on their website, which I often find myself sharing with other parent friends that don't even live in the area but are looking for some sound medical advice from a professional. (probiotic info sheet FTW) I'm writing this review now, after having to bring my child in last week for a checkup as they were feeling unwell. We saw Dr. Reich and it was our first time seeing her. She came into the office and without me even saying anything, she knew about my child's medical history - I appreciate the fact that she looked at my child's chart in advance - it was as if she's known us this entire time. Dr. Reich actually just called me to follow up and see how my child was feeling now. Having this level of care and service is so appreciated. I like the doctors there .but we always get the big bills for lab test after annual health check…read morefor the last 3 years. sometime like over$1000. somehow either they said didn't put right test code or don't have rights insurance info.... I don't know how that happened every time if we update our healthy insurance information we always gave to them plus we alway asked if the lab test covered before the test .even most the times take a couple of months and a lot of energy straighten the bills out . but I'm afraid we gonna get big lab Bills for my kids again when need come for annual check .
