Obviously this caregiver was never trained properly on how to get an elder patient into the car. She fully did not safely put my mom in the car before she pulled her safety walker away in the trunk to turn around and let my mom fall under her car in the garage on hard concrete. She suffered from an open fracture in her ankle that was nearly twisted off her body along with a fractured femur, all of this leading up to a slow and extremely painful passing on hospice. I loose my mother but Chaimer still has a job just because she wanted to get in the car 30 minutes faster. Absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting this agency has unprofessional overpriced caregivers that only care about your money and not your precious priceless loved one. Absolutely nightmare for our family and poor mother traumatized for life.

She was extremely efficient and thorough, professional and friendly. We had speech, OT, and PT at first. People were coming and going all the time but communication was great and things went as smoothly as could be expected. I am so grateful to Kaiser Home Health for making it possible for me to care for my daughter at home. I'm forever grateful and happy that we have kaiser.

This group can also bill direct to CalPERS Long term care which makes it easy to handle billing. This group charges a slightly higher hourly rate than some other local health care groups but, I find their service and caliber of health care provider is worth every penny.

Unfortunately, my mother became ill and was hospitalized after just one caregiver visit, but I continued to use their services while I cared for my mom when she was on Hospice Care. I was able to meet every caregiver and found them all to be very professional and pleasant, they helped me with whatever care I needed that day, even if it was just to keep an eye on my mom while she slept so that I could run errands or rest. Since the type of care for my mom varied from day to day, they were very helpful with scheduling visits until my mom passed away. After my mom passed away, Alan sent me a gorgeous flower arrangement along with a very thoughtful and caring email. His demeanor made my father uncomfortable, which is especially concerning when the people relying on this transportation service include older adults. What bothered me further was hearing the driver speak as though management was "cool with him" and that he had pull with management. I obviously cannot verify what management actually thinks or knows, but comments like that made me question whether complaints about driver conduct would be taken seriously. Patients and older adults using medical transportation should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. Based on what we experienced, I believe management should review the conduct associated with vehicle V581 and make sure passenger comfort and safety are being taken seriously.
