Called the company and they said we were not even on his schedule! It's now over 6 weeks since brain surgery. We hired our own PT who is awesome and asked our doctor to schedule in facility PT. The care she receives in this home allowed my friend to go back to being a daughter and not a caretaker. They do everything for her from making her favorite meals to ensuring her safety. Her room is beautiful and has a view of the backyard. The room size is perfect for her. She is able to fit a recliner into her room so she can take naps without having to go to bed all of the time. The common areas are safe, nicely decorated and kept spotless. The staff listens to everything she wants/needs and acts accordingly. From the doctor who owns the facility to every employee who works there, you can tell they care about the residents. Getting older and needing help isn't fun but, I hope there is someplace like this when I get to that stage of life.

I was my dad's power of attorney, and I was never notified that they were giving him medications that my dad's doctor had not prescribed. His staff were immigrants from the Philippines and they lived in tiny cubicles in the garage, they had very little or no training. I once saw a woman nearly choke to death. I think she would have had I not insisted he do something. They have beautiful grounds, but nobody helps them access the outside beauty. It's a Potemkin village. I am a lawyer and I quickly figured this out and got my dad the heck out of there. He should have his license pulled in my opinion. He changes his website all the time because of bad reviews, at least that's what I'm assuming. Do not put your parent here if you have any bit of love or care for your family member. It's horrible. I'll never forget how despondent I was when I realized what was found on.

Jessica never returns phone calls and none seems to want to help. So now I have to go to another doctor's office pay another co pay and labs because this place cant get it together. They have provided excellent caregivers for my mom…read more She has serious health issues and after the devastating effects of Diabetes and needs a caregiver 24/7. I want to thank Tim. We were extremely pleased with his efforts to refer 2 quality caregivers. Anna, and Jean were wonderful and were kind and provided the all of the emotional and physical support my mom needed. We love the caregivers and know that if one of them needs time off Tim can get us a quality caregiver to fill in for our regular caregivers. Everyone I have meet has been professional and generous with their time. I feel like my Mom is well taken care of and when I visit her every part of the house is tidy and well kept. My mom's spirits are also up as she feels like she has the support she needs and we can visit without inconveniencing her. She loves to get out, and now has a constant companion to take to the store or doctor's office when 'she' is ready to go. We have loved all of the caregivers, even the caregiver mom did like was kind and professional though their personalities were not compatible. It was nice that we get to choose, and even a good caregiver if not right with companionship we were able to find the perfect fit. I would like to thank Anna, Jean, Irma, and Tim for providing consistent care and always being ready to go the extra mile.
