When I called back to check on the status, the man told me it would be an hour or more. When I asked why, he said they were busy. I explained that this was not acceptable and they had said they would be there in 30 minutes. I told him it is ridiculous to cause someone to drive when they do not feel it is safe because they can't honor their commitments. He then proceeded to hang up on me. I left a message for a supervisor. If I do not hear back, I will take this to the highest authority as they should not be in business if they cannot complete their commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The driver I had, Alex, taxi #6630,was very pleasant and friendly, even reminded both of us of a good friend of ours. He arrived even before the scheduled time so I was able to make it where I needed to be in plenty of time. On the way back, he even was willing to wait for my friend and I so we could complete the necessary paperwork at the medical center. Next time I use this taxi service I will be requesting Alex again as he made the whole experience as easy as possible.
