I was nervous when looking for airport transfer for my 91 yr-old mother-in-law traveling by herself for the first time from Burbank to Phoenix during the holidays. According to her, "he is kind, thoughtful and friendly. He arrived on time exactly as planned and was especially good at communicating". When we were making arrangements on the phone, Scott offered to accompany her inside the terminal during drop off, and to wait for her at baggage claim during pick up. Seriously. BEST. CAB COMPANY. EVER. Today, I got Scott. His taxi was like a limo, but with functional forward-facing seats! And seatbelts! He was just as friendly as Michael, and helped me with my luggage. When we pulled up to the train station, everyone stared at the limo with the taxi cab window cling. Yesterday Scott drove my daughter and I to the BTS concert at Sofi Stadium. The traffic at the stadium is unreal, and we were so thankful we could be dropped off close to where we needed to enter. Leaving after the concert, due to changes in traffic flow, he was unable to pick us up at the same spot. Even though we had to walk further than anticipated to meet him, he kept in constant touch to let us know where he was in the gridlocked traffic. It was such a relief to plop into the back of the very comfortable car and let him do the navigating to get us home. It greatly enhanced my enjoyment of our special event to not have to do the driving myself, especially late at night in unfamiliar territory. The rate was very fair (fare? haha), and we felt completely safe and taken care of with his personal service. I think he treats his passengers as he would his own family members. I will absolutely call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others for service to airport or special events. read more

We are a Japanese / French couple and benefited today from Conejo Valley Cab. They have a strong customer service, making traveling with them enjoyable. They are accurate and on time, and while they provide way above normal quality of car their fees remain low. How do they react to unexpected change? Well, we made last minute request, and they were able to re-organize their planning of client pickup to accommodate our request and without the slightest complaint. I live in Tokyo with my wife where we are used to very high level of quality of service, and Conejo Valley Cab would compete very well with the Japanese companies. read more

He was really nice on the phone and came early to pick my husband and I up at the Westlake Four Seasons for dinner at Mastro's. Amazing local business with 5 star class. I needed a ride to the airport from deep in the Malibu mountains to LAX at prime time traffic. I had 5 super heavy bags and he carried them for me from my front door to sky cap- never thought i'd make it with so many bags. The cars are clean and lovely- like a limo. They never smell of cigarette, etc. Also you can pay with credit card. Super reliable and on time. No one can ever find my house- and these guys did. I will never call a yellow cab again. Although this is a small taxi company, they are big in service! Drivers Scott and Geno are the best! I have used Conejo Valley almost on a weekly basis over the past three months, getting to and from LAX. Scott and Geno got me there safely and always on time. And in the event my flight into LAX got delayed (which happened a few times unfortunately), they were very flexible at pickup and would make sure they would pull up at the curb as soon as I would step out of the arrivals terminal. Very reliable service! Scott and Geno are very friendly drivers and if both of them are occupied, they will make sure you get a similar experience by any of their backup drivers. Conejo Valley Cab has consistently been the most reliable and economical for trips around town, so I use them a lot. Their cars are roomy and clean, and the drivers are on time, courteous, and wait until I get inside my front door before they drive away. I've used T.O. Cab Company several times in the past but their dispatcher confirms the pickup time and when the driver doesn't show their phone rings no answer, what use is that? I need a reliable ride. I rode in the Art Cab once but the car was making a funny noise from the rear end, a dash warning light was on, and people in the adjacent lanes on the freeway kept honking, so I won't use that one again. Since I can have a stretch limo at the meter cab rate, I like Conejo Valley Cab. read more
