I have a 64 impala that these guys said it was no problem they came and put them in and didn't want to use the gaskets i supplied them so they used there silicone or whatever and it looks like crap all gummed up in corners and all over the place said they were gonna come back never did it's been over a week so i called and they said they sent me texts to pay for it witch they didn't and i can prove with no calls from the technician day off to pay or anything said that they wanted to get paid at least half before they came back and because they didn't hear back on the texts they just decided to write it off and not come back to fix there bs job by the looks of it technician had no clue what he was doing on a old car and just winged it never once in all of this got a phone call just supposedly texts that i didn't receive either so rather then just telling me they can't do it and leave they hacked up my windows on a classic car and now are just telling me to F off beware of this place say they know what there doing and that's a complete lie i will post pictures soon as i get some sent to me read more

They came out and fixed my windshield and were very friendly and professional. They quoted me a very fair price and did a great job.

My hood flew open during my time on the freeway. It had smashed my entire windshield and shattered my sunroof. I came on yelp looking for estimates and senior tech auto glass was the cheapest. As a single mom, i chose them to help me because it helped with my budget but i believed the reviews were "promising". Long story short, the guy who replaced my windshield didnt care about my already cracked dashboard during installation and ended up putting two HUGE holes, the size of a regular plate, into it. I was told i should ask them to repair it because thats more repairs thatll come out of my pocket so i called and asked them for help. I wasnt rude or anything like that, i just need help. However, eddy (the receptionist) had called me asking for photos of the damages. He then sent me photo messages of my car (the ones i used when looking for an estimate) with markups of what he THOUGHT were the damages. As soon as i sent him the photos of the holes, he immediately called me. I felt like he was trying to coerce me and downplay the damages the whole phone call. Even brought up their "outstanding" reviews on yelp (which i think might be falsified now). He kept saying that it wasnt their fault and made it seem like i was lying. He said if i went through insurance that itd "take a long time" and i would spend "a lot" of my OWN money trying to fight it. Thats not talking about the lawyers he said. Which gave me the impression that they were going to fight me instead of just repairing the damages. He even reminded me how i didnt pay the tax (which is my fault because when they gave me a price, i thought the tax was already included so when it came time to pay, i only had that much). I thought it was nice of him to help me being some dollars short. Anyways, when i sent him my information, i never heard back from them. Its been about 2 months and a half since we last talked. I would be more enraged but i just wanted the problem repaired, i wasnt trying to swindle them or anything...just a broke single mom trying to keep my car safe for transporting my son to and fro. Id give them one star BUT the pieces used to rattle when it was just cracked and sometimes it got annoying. Now that the whole dashboard is caved in, it doesnt make any sound. So thats nice, i guess. I also appreciated that the fixer let my curious kid watch him but i thought it was weird that he wanted me to leave him alone in the first place After further inspection, i realized the sloppy job he did. The sealant looks like a kid over glued my windshield. He broke one of my clips and left my towel that i had used to cover the glass on the blacktop covered in the glass he vacuumed off. It just sucks how a REPAIR business wouldnt care about their customers condition of the car when repairing and instead of great customer service, not even an apology, blames their own customers and lowkey threaten them about how much money will come out of their own pocket trying to fight them as a business. Ultimately, i got cheap service for a cheap price, if you got an old car like me....save your money and go for a better company that cares about customers rather than saving their asses. read more

Have had them do work on the same car twice now for a windshield repair(flying rock damage) and for passenger window repair(break in). During our road trip from the East Coast back to Southern California, we ended up with a chip from a rock that was launched from a semi's tire. As the trip went on, the chip turned into a crack.
