Nothing was set back together correctly or something is broken. I reached back out and their response is "Hello okay so I spoke to oscar and he said that witch him what he fixed it does not connect to the buttons " This makes no sense. After the installation, the lower part of my front windshield tint was scratched and damaged. Instead of immediately taking responsibility and redoing the windshield tint properly, they tried to get me to settle for visors for three vehicles because redoing the windshield would cost them more in labor and materials. I told them absolutely not -- I paid to have the windshield tinted correctly, and I wanted it replaced , which they eventually did. Then, shortly after the tint job, my passenger side door panel started lifting. This panel was perfectly fine before my appointment. I called the shop and was specifically told to bring the car back because they could fix it. I took time out of my day to drive back down there, only to be met with excuses. Eddie proceeded to tell me that this "just happens" with Dodges, blamed the heat, and even claimed there was some kind of recall involving the panels. That is simply not true for my vehicle, and my issue started immediately after their work was done. My dashboard lifting slightly from heat over time has absolutely nothing to do with a door panel suddenly lifting after a tint installation. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. I was told they could fix it, but once I arrived, the conversation turned into blaming my car instead of addressing the damage. Then I was told they "could try" to fix it but might make it worse. At that point, why was I told to bring the vehicle in at all? Now I'm left having to pay out of pocket to find someone else to repair damage that was not there before they worked on my car. I can't speak for other areas of their business, but as far as windshield chip repair goes, they should be ashamed of themselves. I brought my vehicle in with two small chips in the windshield--one about the size of a pea, the other smaller than a grain of rice. I could have bought a resin repair kit and fixed them myself for ten dollars, but I wanted someone with experience to make sure it was done correctly. They quoted me $120, which I agreed to, willing to pay solely for the professional expertise. After an hour, they gave me the keys and sent me on my way. The smaller chip looked fine, but the larger one looked like someone put a snowflake decal on the windshield and melted the glass with a blowtorch. At first, I thought the resin simply hadn't cured yet, but it never improved. Either they used bad resin, didn't mix it properly, or didn't cure it correctly. What was originally a barely noticeable chip the size of a pea turned into a horrible distraction the size of a silver dollar. The entire area is milky-looking, with significant visual distortion around it. I brought the vehicle back because they claim to have a satisfaction guarantee, and I was told that this result is "normal and happens sometimes." They eventually offered a partial refund only if I agreed to have my windshield replaced by them, quoting an additional $425. So something I could have done myself for $10 is now significantly worse than when I brought it in and will cost me nearly $550 total to fix. I will not be doing business here again and strongly encourage others not to get windshield repairs from this company.

Recently, I noticed moisture accumulating and water dripping from the pillar, so I contacted them to honor the 'lifetime warranty' they advertise. The technician who came out to my home was professional, but the company's logic for denying the claim is a major 'catch-22.' They refused to perform the warranty work because they 'suspected' corrosion under the seal, yet they had no actual verification that rust exists. They told me I needed a body shop because if they pulled the glass, they might not be able to put it back together. Here is the problem: when the original technician did the install at my house, they never mentioned any rust or prep issues. If there is corrosion there now, it is almost certainly because their seal failed and allowed water to sit against the metal for years. It feels like they are using a symptom of their own faulty workmanship as an excuse to void the warranty. A 'lifetime warranty' is useless if the company won't take responsibility for the damage their leaking seal likely caused. I'm now stuck with a leaking car and a company that won't stand behind the work they did in my own driveway.
