So they refunded my $$ and after I unloaded 3 machines and repacked all my clothes, the owner can start the machines. PISSED ME OFF!!!! This place has automatic doors so that you don't struggle getting in the door with your laundry. I was greeted by a couple of employees working there. That's so unusual these days. Usually laundromats almost always run themselves with no one in them. Not here. There are huge rolling carts at the door and there is a ramp so that you don't have to walk down the steps. The washers take either coin or debit card/credit card. This is a win win win for me as I do not carry cash almost never. They have every size machine you can think of and at first it seems a little pricey but he dryers are free. So I guess that's how they offset it but its all good. I had a lot of clothes and only paid $14. I usually pay $20. There is a play area for children, computer, and they even rent UHauls in this location which is another plus. There were plenty of trucks in the lot. That is unusual as well because in Atlanta people move constantly. The place is super clean and even the bathroom is clean. Amazed!!!

Last week I asked if I could use the restroom while doing laundry.. She asked are you doing laundry here. Meanwhile she has walked pass me at least 5 times during my laundry duties.. I've never had any issues with the other laundry attendants ever,after visiting this establishment for 6 times...Very rude customer service i definitely will not be returning.. However I must say the facility is very clean, with modern laundry machines and dryers...they have remodeled the entire laundry mat...installed 3 large screen tvs.....repainted the facility...always a security guard present...all machines are operated by u.s dollar coins only...no debit or credit cards accepted.. A coin change machine is present to exchange your paper money, for dollar coins... It's located in a small shopping plaza..with a churches chicken. Rent to own furniture store...ice cream polar..dollar tree store. Beauty supply store etc...they also have several vending machines to purchase soft drinks and snacks...along with a few arcade games to keep you entertained

I mentioned to the guy onsite and he was not concerned. Told me I should have said something before my wash was competed. WTH! I expected my $4.50 back. I ended up spending another $4.50 in a different washer because I had still had clothes to dry. On top of that, he did not place a "out of order" sign on it. SMH Never again, I rather go to a packed laundry mat where customers are properly greeted and know they will do the right thing by their customers.

The people that come to these places are very humble and appreciate the service provided including myself but when it comes to getting a refund which is not entirely the customers fault due to machines not fully working properly. It would be nice to be seen as a person that appreciates the laundry. The person I talked to lacked the common courtesy and compassion that all human beings should naturally have. As a teacher and parent I believe kindness and compassion should always be taught at and early age. I guess some people learn differently. What I learned today was that not everyone is here to serve their higher purpose. But I'd like to thank Laundry Express for allowing me to use your facility. I trust that the one who own the facility appreciate the people who use the laundry mat and not take advantage of people who just needs to use the machines to clean and wash their clothes.

There is also a wing place next door to it which is owned by the same people and quite frankly is convenient when you want a snack or drink. There are vending machines in this laundromat as well.
